The chicken burrito is the best with the red chili

I love the food here and have been a patron for close to 20 years, but for some reason when i go through the drive through i always have to pull over and wait 10-15 minutes for a burrito or 2, and 9/10 times they get the order wrong.
Honestly, its the only reason i cant give it 5 stars.
Now the sit in resturaunts are generally a fantastic experience.

I haven’t been to Garcias in over a year do to living out of town. Yesterday morning i decided to stop by and grab a adovada burrito. I was surprised to see a whole different crew. The last time i was here Rose was still around very nice lady! To my surprise there was a new manager lady with glasses. So tell me why this woman was literally walking around doing ABSOLUTELY nothing! The drive thru was empty no others in lobby and she was completely ignoring to take our order NO ONE would come help us! Stood here for about 10 minutes than decided to leave. Didn’t order no food was never helped. Horrible morning staff! HORRIBLE women you have managing your store!!!! This place needs to pay more attention on who they have as manager. Awful experience with this women and her team!

Food pretty good, but my main concern is the tip option, the staff here is very eager to make sure u tip, they are doing nothing but taking my order, I work in food, so I'm very generous, but I don't feel this is right, now the cooks should get the tips they are doing all the work.

All I can say is YUM and a drive thru for take home YUM and really sweet staff too. ☺️

5 stars for the service! The man in the drive through had a huge smile, was very kind and provided wonderful customer service.
As for the food, I got a breakfast burrito with a side of guacamole and everything tasted fresh, though it was a little bland overall. I was expecting more flavor like salt, cilantro, pico or sour cream, etc. The best part was the spicy green chili.

Asking for a tip in the drive through is crazy.
Quality has gone down. The chorizo burritos are not as good.
