Friendly service. Food came out quickly (grateful because we were on our lunch hour! ) Red, cheese enchiladas with onion and an egg on top- DELICIOUS!

Couldn't wat anything, we had a group of 6 and kept getting skipped over and over by 4 and 2 and 3 people groups , the man kept getting after the woman not understanding that they could of combined tables. What a disappointment 😞

Garcia's Kitchen is on our to go list every time we visit our family in New Mexico, this November marks our forth time since 2017.
We have have enjoyed the atmosphere and delicious food during each visit, my Wife's favorite appetizer is the Sopapilla.

I will never go to this location ever again. They are so rude and apathetic to helping their customers. It has happened more than once and today I had it. They treat paying customers as if they’re an inconvenience. Never again. My money goes to people and places that earn it with respect which they lack.

I stopped by Garcia’s while in town for Balloon Fiesta since it seemed like a local staple everyone talks about. The place definitely has that classic New Mexican vibe. Colorful decor, busy morning crowd, and the smell of chile in the air. The food was good, not great. The breakfast burrito and red chile had nice flavor, but the potatoes were a bit dry and the service was on the slower side (understandable with how packed it was). Prices were reasonable, and it felt like a true local experience. Overall, it’s worth trying if you’re visiting for Fiesta and want a taste of Albuquerque tradition, just don’t expect anything fancy or fast.

Best quesadilla I have had in a very long time and large serving size for an appetizer. The queso and guacamole were delicious. Very casual atmosphere. Great for lunch.

Garcia’s Kitchen was my very first stop after arriving in Albuquerque and what a perfect welcome to New Mexico! This local, family-owned gem gave me an incredible first taste of New Mexican cuisine. Loved the carne adovada. The food was spicy, flavorful, and comforting in the best way possible.

The service was also top-notch, Lesly super fast and incredibly attentive. You can tell this restaurant is run with heart and pride. I’m so glad I started my trip here and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an authentic local experience!
