I love this place!! The building your own bowls are a hit! The food made to order, Hot and delicious!!! When my family visits from out of town I always take them there to eat! Great service although it’s a bit slow but very nice and clean.

It's very disgusting seeing chairs up on the tables during normal business hours while people are eating. It's also quite unsanitary.

Spending 36 dollars on two SMALL bowls is criminal. We only ever came in on Tuesdays but they took away the rewards (which apparently applies half price Tuesdays).
Honestly saw the price and thought of just leaving straight up. That price for this food quality is insane. The food NEVER looks fresh because people don't come here.
I could get over half price if maybe it felt like an inviting atmosphere but it looks like a ghost town. The waitress said that happened after they franchised and stopped doing rewards. Wow way to care for your customers guys! (We won't be returning anytime soon, yes half price Tuesdays for an already over expensive meal is the reason, for this price why would I EVER come here).
On top of all of this they took away multiple seasonings which happened to be my favorite seasoning.
So to review, food quality looks worse, looks more dead than ever, no more rewards, and to finish it off the food after being cooked doesn't feel worth 36 dollars for 2 SMALL bowls.

I recently visited this place and was quite disappointed with the service. While I understand that businesses can face staffing challenges, I felt it was inappropriate for the staff to decide the tip amount on their own. This experience felt unprofessional and left a negative impression. I hope they can address this issue to provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

This place is dark, dirty and unwelcoming. We almost left because of it. We love Mongolian, so we figured let's give it a try. The protein section was great! The veggie section could use some more variety. Our server was very nice.
I went to a late night eat here and was really hurt to hear the staff talking down on the customers that had come in to dine and eat it was a big school full of students and when they left the staff was belittling them and was not mindful about others that can hear what they have said I hope you please speak to your staff on there customer service instead of talking down on customers

I have to absolutely compliment the beautiful waitress who assisted us with dinner tonight! Alaina was very sweet and kind and had great customer service, she made sure we had everything we needed and checked in! She was the best!!! Great service and good food! Props to the cook too! It was so busy and he kept them bowls going!!!

When this location first opened it was amazing. It was hopping, service was great, and you could get side nuts and such.
This visit, the bowls were smaller but more expensive, they didnt have the little extras to throw in your bowls, was just a drab atmoshpere.
