This place does not even smell like a pizzeria when you walk in....and good luck getting someone to greet you when you walk in the door. The pizza looked old....what little they had out. No thank you!

We usually get the sliced pizza and wings or just a slice of pizza. It is good but the meat is added to a cheese slice and doesnt exactly melt with or into the cheese. We do go back bc the service is nice and it is calm sitting place to eat for lunch.

We were hoping for good pizza since this is close to home. We were not disappointed! We ordered a Sicilian size, which means it's a big rectangle, the size of a cookie sheet. We ordered regular crust, which is pretty thick. It's not greasy pizza - which sometimes I like because it's less dry. Being on the dry side, we ate our pizza with Caesar salad dressing we had on hand. The toppings were generous and tasty (1/2 pepperoni/1/2 olives).

We had started ordering from this location because we liked the pizza and the service was great. Tried to order a calzone from 4th street location tonight and got a load of flack for trying to put 4 whole things in the calzone - even though one of those was chopped garlic which takes up no room if that's the issue. The computer literally wouldn't let him do it and I went online and sure enough you are limited to 3 items. Immediately went to Pizza Nine and had no issues. Just lost a customer over something really stupid. Today is 5/13/18.

Very disappointed. After working a 14hr shift i decided ordering pizza for dinner would be way better that cooking that night. I placed my order through grub hub for a BBQ chicken pizza & couldn't wait. The pizza arrived a while later (driver claimed there was traffic) yeah right lol. Anyways the pizza was cold and pathetic :( it didn't even match the exact description from their menu. So it was cold & missing an ingredient. It was hard and dry & tough. Hardly any sauce. I had to microwave it to make it edible. If i ever try this place again i will go in person to sit down & order differently. But with all the other promising pizza places in ABQ very unlikely I'll spend money here.
Whoever was working there Saturday 3/23/2019 was horrendous!! I order 4 pizzas, a caeser salad and some fried cheese. Total bill was $110. When I called, the guy was terribly rude and after running my card, I asked for some ranch. He said, "that is .54 cents". I politely said, "I ordered $110 worth of pizza, would you throw in a couple ranches"? He said NOPE!! .54 cents. When I got my order an hour and a half later, it was cold. The fried cheese had a side of ketchup and the Caeser salad had no caeser. The $1.08 you saved on the ranch and gave me attitude cost you all our future business!! The delivery driver was awesome and said it's nothing new with this employee!! Please let me know if you get rid of this guy and we will be back. We order from there once a week to feed customer!! Back to Dion's!!

This is my 1st delivery with grub hub from Gino's pizza. This pizza was the best I've had in this town, Sorry Dion's. Delivery was fast ,the pizza was hot when I got it. Will get again.

Order was done incorrectly and the manager was rude. He admitted his employee took the order wrong from my on line order and refused to remake my order correctly or give a refund. This manager refused to give his name and blamed me for ordering on line!! He hung up on me when I asked for his boss information
