We love, love, love this place, but last night we had an awful experience with our server. I ordered a fog cutter, and it came in a mason jar, which has never happened before. We ordered, and I could hear the people next to us order almost the same thing. I mentioned it to my husband because I thought it was funny. We waited a really long time for our food. The people next to us got theirs first. It wasn’t a big deal though. He brought out my sushi. It seemed a little plain for what I ordered, but I am far from a sushi expert. Finally my husband’s food came out, but we were still waiting on an appetizer I ordered. The server came out and said “I’m sorry, I gave your dragon eggs to someone else, but we’re remaking them now”. My husband said “we’re almost done eating, we don’t want them now”. Then about 10 minutes later, way after we were done, he brings out this fabulous looking sushi dish when we had gotten all our other food a while before this. We were confused because we only ordered one sushi roll. My husband asked him what that was. He said “that’s your dynamite roll”. We both said “well what was the sushi you brought out before then?” He said “that was your Philadelphia roll”. I told him that I did not order a Philadelphia roll, and he was arguing with me that I did. I said “is it possible that the person you gave my dragon eggs to ordered it and you gave me hers?” He said no, she ordered it too. I said, again, “I DIDN’T ORDER THE PHILADELPHIA ROLL” He went back and took it off the bill, and then insinuated that we were not to take the dynamite roll home, which I ordered. Why didn’t he take the more expensive dynamite roll off our bill if we weren’t entitled to it??? It was unbelievable. I ordered 3 dishes and received 1 of the 3 I ordered, and then was gaslighted by our waiter. It is extremely frustrating to go out and pay money to feel that way.

I’ve been going to golden chopsticks since I was a kid, they’ve been one of the most sweetest people I’ve met. Their food is genuinely amazing! If you ever want some good food please go to Golden Chopsticks! These people work hard for their money, they have always gave good portions, they’ve always made sure you’re comfortable aswell. Golden chopsticks is genuinely amazing.

Our go to place since it opened over 10 years ago. Last couple of times, we picked up dinner and disappointed that chicken dishes are now half the size since they put the rice in the same box rather than separately. Not cool!

We go to Golden Chopsticks be ause it is close to our house.....however we are going to find a new place. We have ordered Chicken and string beans several times and today it is the 3rd time I get the food.home.and it is.chicken and broccoli. I called to complain and they hung up on me. Won't be going there again...it is worth driving a couple.of.extra.miles

This place has really gone downhill. The people that run it have never seemed overly appreciative of their client base, but recently it certainly has become a turn-and-burn get your food and get out environment. I would put up with it if the food was good: it’s bland, lacks flavor and I usually like all Chinese food. The only thing this place has going for itself is the location; there are very few options in this part of town. Do better, Golden Chopsticks.
