The food is really good here. I walked in wanting to surprise them with a large cash tip for a pickup order, but no one talked to me, addressed or acknowledged me. The food was really good but the customer service was discouraging 🥺

We go to Golden Chopsticks be ause it is close to our house.....however we are going to find a new place. We have ordered Chicken and string beans several times and today it is the 3rd time I get the food.home.and it is.chicken and broccoli. I called to complain and they hung up on me. Won't be going there again...it is worth driving a couple.of.extra.miles

This place has really gone downhill. The people that run it have never seemed overly appreciative of their client base, but recently it certainly has become a turn-and-burn get your food and get out environment. I would put up with it if the food was good: it’s bland, lacks flavor and I usually like all Chinese food. The only thing this place has going for itself is the location; there are very few options in this part of town. Do better, Golden Chopsticks.

Was best Chinese for long time. Went every week but last 2 times food was cold and very bland-,chicken and vegetables. I'm not sure what they did but eggrolls have chged alot! I could barely chew parts, it had no taste-ended up in trash. I won't be back for either dish. Too bad they are always busy with take out-cut corners too much or changed cooks!!??
