My family had a significant order, which was correctly billed but incorrectly delivered. One of the errors was for carne adovado hash browns, but we received a carne avocado burrito on its place. The second screw up, we ordered 4-piece dark meat, we received a 3-piece. Trying to navigate their website to lodge a complaint is near impossible. Second time they have screwed up our order. Maybe just the location.

I love golden pride breakfast burritos, but at this particular store I only get a good one about 25% of the time. The people there don’t seem to care if they are serving you stale tortillas and old food. It shouldn’t be a roll of the dice every time I order a breakfast burrito

My wife loves Golden Pride's chicken, and normally we are happy with their takeout. However, this last order was disappointing because the fried chicken was not crispy and appeared to be slightly undercooked. The breast meat had a slight pink-ish hue within the center, so we put the pieces into our oven to complete the cooking (just to make sure it was safe). We'll probably give GP another chance, but in the mean time, we'll buy our take-home fried chicken elsewhere.

The food is so good and we have been coming to this location for about 5 years now. But the last 3-4 times, we have waited about 30 min in the drive thru lane. I don’t know what has changed but it never was like this before. We were always in and out within 5 min. I actually wrote this review waiting in line to place an order and it’s been 40 min already!!!!!!! I’m committed at this point, we are 1 car away from ordering.

Best chicken ever. We live in El Paso Tx and always look forward to having Golden Pride fried chicken. Corn on the cob is an excellent side, a family favorite.
Consistently perfect for the last 29 years with no complaints. I crave the food here. I considered moving away from Albuquerque, but I can't leave Golden Pride and Frontier behind.
