Good place for a mid afternoon break.
I love the cozy feel and wonderful look of the place. Their tea is quite good and their food is too. They have many small trinkets you can get (all of which are wonderful) and their prices aren't that bad. I would really recommend going here if you like tea and nice welcoming spaces.

Wonderful cozy place, big comfy chairs to enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. They have tons of nick-nacks to shop for as well as a huge selection of loose tea. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful.
Great place to have a quiet cup of tea and a pastry. Even better if you are lucky enough to sit in one of their comfy chairs. Interesting selection of knick knacks for sale. Friendly staff.
Wonderful, friendly people. Love the teas, and iced teas. Tempting chocolates, and selection of tea pots. Ended up buying a new "cottage pot"

A friendly, open atmosphere and kind service are hallmarks of this shop. They have a marvelous tea selection and a tasteful collection of tea related goods for sale.

The service was mediocre and the drinks were sub-par. And since I choose not to spend my money at places that do not support my country I will not be returning.
My experience appears to be contrary to the majority of the visitors. I will keep this in mind and visit again and hope that I have a different experience however walking into an empty shop not being greeted with an intent to purchase a birthday gift with no customer service and no interaction until other people walked through the doors who were then promptly helped but not me perhaps it's because I had my backpack and a hat on I don't know But if this were my shop I would have a serious chat employee who was here July 15. Experience makes everything
I love Hadley's! Lavender Chai or anything fruity.
