Not only was the food great but also the outdoor patio seating above a very pleasant creek/red bridge and walking path with lots of trees. >>> Manager Jennifer and server sister Karel (sp?) were very in tune with the customers and wonderful to chat with. Excellent deli sandwiches and soup. Fast lunch service. Reasonable priced. Avoid the burgers and chicken breast as they tend to be over cooked and dry.

Ordered from the Albuquerque location the BLT sandwich for take out which stated a triple decker but when I got it it had 1/4 piece of tomato and 3 - 1/2 slices of bacon which one 1/2 piece of that bacon was not cooked , the lettuce was wilty and brown on the edges bread was toasted but very hard and stale tasting. There is no triple decker to this sandwich 11 dollars for a whole sandwich fit for a 4 year old . I will not be going back.

We came to watch the balloons! Wonderful views! Loved our server and our food. I tried the Santa Fe cakes — blue corn pancakes with green chile, cheese, and piñon. So good! Coffee was very good too.

Hello Deli disaster! It took a while to ask for our drink order, then someone came up right after our drink order was taken and asked what we wanted to drink. My mom's Ruben was cold and cheese not melted. I asked for the turkey club, no green chile add sprouts and subbed Monterey jack instead of cheddar. It came out with cheddar. I should've not said anything. They were just going to just take off the cheddar and put Monterey jack on. Well, I waited for a long time, my two people with me were finished and we asked where my sandwich went. So we waited more, then a server came and apologized and told us she would comp the sandwich, which was nice. We asked for it to go, at that point. Took the sandwich home and guess what! It had green chile, no sprouts, and Monterey jack. Done, I was done and will forever be done with Hello deli
Service was great! Food came fast. But, the menu had so many choices and I felt rushed at the counter where you order and pay. I hurriedly ordered a wrap which wasn’t what I really wanted and it tasted so-so, I left half of it on my plate. Plus, they used what looked & tasted like commodity cheese in the wrap. Bleh. My recommendation is if a restaurant is going to have that many items on the menu it would be better to have the guests sit down first where they can review the menu and order from the table. Nearby Ramona’s is much better.
