Cost me $45 without a tip for two basic sushi rolls and a Sprite overly priced for sushi that doesn’t turn out that well really do not recommend it’s crazy when I get better tasting sushi from Smith’s grocery store then from an actual sushi place even sushi from a buffet is better. I am highly disappointed. Never eat there again.

Ordered the spicy tuna and nigiri—both were delicious. The fish was fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly fresh for an inland spot in ABQ. Would definitely recommend.

Not the best sushi in town and very expensive. I ordered three items and my wife had two and the bill was $81.

sad to see such low reviews on this place, maybe a little pricey but the nigiri was so good

i dont have much sushi in nm but i was pleasantly surprised. i will be returning
The people here were very kind. We ordered the sushi, but the machine system was down for cards and the cash machine was locked. We were about to walk away, but one of the workers told us that they will make our food, free of charge, since their machines were down. It was very nice of them. My husband gave them a pretty good tip since the people there were wonderful.
A lot surprised by the food. We have had sushi in about 30 different places. This one rates very low, sushi has a flavor time, this one tastes about 4 weeks. And for the high price, it is not worth it.

Hiro Sushi definitely hit the spot on a Saturday afternoon. Yes, some say it’s expensive but I feel the cost is just right. I ordered the Dragon roll. Super good, the eel on top is grilled and had a good bbq taste to it. Made the dragon roll come together with great flavor. Paired with a beer. Definitely will be a returning customer.

Very high quality Sushi. The price you pay is a bit high but you are paying for quality. It’s not your typical grocery store sushi.

The sushi is overpriced in my opinion, especially when you look at the rice to fish ratio of the rolls. They’re basically rice rolls. The ginger tasted dry and not fresh. For the price you’re paying, not worth it.

The food was okay i have had better sushi. Also, the price for sushi was insanse 16.00 for one roll. just because you are in the sawmill doesn’t mean you can over charge. Second the sushi was very dry meaning hardly no sauce and when asked for sauce they wanted to charge 1.00 each. I also got miso soup and literally burned my hand. My hand so was red and the soup was boiling hot. I couldn’t even eat even after blowing it and waiting. 15 min. I will not being going here again.

They have veggie rolls and avocado rolls and have steamed edamame pods. They need 5 stars!
Sushi was good, you could tell it was fresh. Overpriced is an understatement though, the only difference between avacado + cucumber roll Vs. New Mexico roll is green chile and sauce but it's $7 Vs. $15. Especially irritating when they charge extra $1 for additional sauce. I understand inflation is crazy but $32 dollars for lunch for 1 person is unreasonable especially considering I got "cheaper" options.

Easily the best sushi in Albuquerque. Excellent quality ingredients, no frills, no ridiculous cream cheese rolls all over the menu, just solid builds and a wonderful staff
