First visit was my last. Ordered lunch special. Should have left when waitress took order with deadpan facial expression void of any hint of kindness. Should have walked out when food was served! Egg drop soup was just "ok". Cook must have scraped brown rice from bottom of rice cooker- it was crunchy! Two over cooked won tons were so burned I couldn't eat them. And I did try. The egg drop soup was absolutely phenomenal. The waiter and staff were extremely friendly and even helped me figure out what I wanted to eat. The egg drop soup was hot and delicious. Good price too.
I wasn't expecting much based on the outside appearance of the building, but the food here was phenomenal. We had the sweet and sour chicken and fried rice with a side of lo mein and it was all so good. If youre craving good Chinese food, don't be afraid to try Ho Lo Ma
