We stop in once or twice a month. And we are there for a fundraising event. There were well over 30 people. As far as being a distillery, it's average. However, they changed the menu a few months ago. It's much more expensive and the food leaves much to be desired. So far, we have had the chile cheese fries. The fries are good, but why is there a liquid at the bottom of the bowl ? It wasn't just ours. Several other tables said the same thing. We had the nachos, and it arrived with burnt chips. We have tried the shrimp shooters, and they were ok. We have tried the wings, and they said they were really dry.

Parking: Parking is behind the building. There are not a lot of spaces. Mostly street parking.

Unique cocktails and nice rooftop patio, but doesn't have a "hook" to go here versus other breweries.

Walked in and Greeted with a last call a whole hour before closing, I've bartended for years and have never seen a place call last call a hour before closing. They literally turned on the lights as soon as we sat. Im sure they just wanted to get out of here which is fine but they have a full staff at a empty bar how hard could it be to close with 5 customers. Super disappointed in this place, still tipped regardless of service because we're in the same industry but super let down, don't come here. Beer was also trash didn't even want to order a cocktail because it seemed like they really wanted to leave.

Best grilled tiger shrimp and homemade chimichurri sauce I ever had!!! The lavender moon cocktail was also excellent!! ( Made from lavender vodka, coconut cream, simple syrup, and lemon) Staff was efficient and helpful! View from rooftop bar was perfect for watching the sun set.

Read a splashy review of HOLLOW SPIRITS CUSINE & DISTILLERY. Always wanting to try something new, four of us decided to give it a try. The beer we requested "bottom of the barrel" and tepid - all beer refrigerated same way, same tepid temp! No cold icy glass either. The food is pricey and though pictured at your table may not be available!?! My Pork Belly Carbonara was so salty it was inedible. All liquor is made in their distillery and drinks are excellent. Just go for the drinks and sit on the patio.

Quite unassuming place, very near Juno, so you get the picture. Typical distillery appears, but!!!, don't allow that to fool you, the food on a scale 1-10 is an 8!! Presentation awesome! For appetizers we had , pork belly chicharones good but really was, dissapointly bacon, that is what bacon is but! I thought and think it should have been that thick gelatinous pure pork belly marinated, quickly fried, then presented as it was. That was really why I went, not knowing, oh well!! Ok, we also had the tiger shrimp, OMG!!!!! They were grilled (6) each hanging in their own wooden receptacle with a unique ,each different shot of sauce to dive into!!! Placed underneath each. Delightful it was! On to the main events, Chicken Marsala. That was my son's dish! Sooooooooo good, I wanted to snatch it from him , lol !!!! . That sauce! The mushrooms! My mouth is watering now, next morning writing this! My dish, pork belly Carbonara was awesome except for the what!? You quessed it! the Pork belly, again dissapointed, easy fix though! My friend ordered the chili peanut pork chops with fingerling potatoes, my my soo good but the chops were very dry/ overcooked! Should have been thick cut harder to overcook n dry out, disappointed with that but that sauce was kickin I tell you. I really like this place . Now, they an array of whiskies, bourbon, and such, I'm not a hard liquor gal, I love my champagnes. They had one choice for that, Gruet brut, which I know to be decent, but I didn't order any liquor cuz I was so into the dishes I just didn't want to mess my groove on, lol . Please go!! support , awesome!!

Hallow Spirits Distillery Review

Hallow Spirits Distillery offers a delightful spot to unwind and enjoy a bite to eat. The burgers were incredibly flavorful and fresh, making for a satisfying meal. Their selection of local craft beers and liquors is impressive, giving patrons a taste of local brews and spirits.

While we sampled a variety of their spirits, including Bourbon and Agave, we found them to be quite strong with a pronounced alcohol taste. They weren't as smooth as we had hoped, which might not suit everyone's palate.

However, the ambiance and atmosphere of the distillery were perfect for relaxation. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. Hallow Spirits Distillery is a nice spot for a casual meal and drink, with excellent service and a welcoming environment.

First time, Nick our sever was very good have suggestions on food. Excellwnt service. Stuffed mushrooms, great. Craywfish cakes and shrimp, excellent. Salmon was very good. Cocktails very well done. We bought a bottle of 96 bourbon, very smooth easy to drink, rocks or straight up. This is a highly recommended restaurant. 5 stars.
