Just flat out terrible service. Sat at the bar, waited about 5 or so minutes before Amara came to me. The initial wait was never an issue. Didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Not friendly, approachable, or hospitable.
Her attitude changed behind the bar when, what I assume, a regular showed up with two other people. She made the comment to him that she was trying to close up the end we were sitting at. They all got their drinks immediately.
Absolute joke. Did not tip her, and I have no shame in saying that. I had a similar experience at twins peaks last week and the other hooters location about three weeks ago.
I have been living in El Paso the past several years, and those locations are by far better overall. Can't wait to visit those locations again when I go back to visit.

It’s rare to meet the method behind the madness. Tonight we met John and Tessa, regional manager and marketing manager. I’ve never met a couple who advocates so fiercely for a business and actually cares if you will come back. What a great experience. We will definitely be back.
