The staff was great. Food was good. When we received the bill. There was an extra $7 charge for payment with a credit card. Scam? The service charge for a credit card transaction is 3.5 percent. There was $ 3.5 extra taken out. Corporate making extra money?

I’m not sure what was going on I picked up my order it didn’t look busy at all. My sliders looked very rushed patty wasn’t even on the bun then I open them up to add the patty in and 3 out of the 4 top buns are burnt not toasted. BURNT. Not happy at all with this order.

I need to stop giving this place a chance... Prices have gone up across the board while the service continues to be terrible. Plus they nickel and dime you for every little thing you order. I come in to sit at the bar like always and both of the girls working the bar are chatting it up on the other side of the beer-taps, so of course they don't see me come in I suppose, or they didn't really care. Should be constantly circulating to ensure everyone is being helped. Instead, whatever they're talking about is what takes priority. Took a long time to get my order in, took forever to get another drink. Hell, it took forever just to get my damn tab. Mind you, it wasn't all that busy. It was a struggle every bit of the way just to get some help. These girls need a serious reality check. The management team needs to make some very much needed changes. I know places like this will always have people coming in and filling seats but damn, good service should always be the more important thing!
