We came to Hops to grab a couple drinks after work. We sat at the bar and were served right away. My husband ordered the Hop Hill IPA which was a standard IPA. I got a flight consisting of all Hops Brews - Sour Puss, Honey Wheat, New Kid, Dad Joke, and Scooby Snack. The Sour Puss wasn't tart at all which was a bummer. The Honey Wheat was a standard Honey Wheat and I really enjoyed it! The New Kid was a classic blonde ale with good flavor. The Dad Joke was a nice mild brown and the Scooby Snack was a brown with a bit of sweetness! We also got the Chips and Queso that pretty much tasted like the jars of Tostitos Queso but I can never complain about Queso. It also could have been a bit hotter temperature and spice wise, but that's not a deal breaker. They have Trivia on Tuesday and Thursdays, which was really entertaining too play in on! Overall, a nice local place with a ton of its own brews!

Finally got to show my dad and sister Hana Teppanyaki. After dinner my dad and I wanted to grab a beer, I mentioned this place because it was nearby, and I'd passed by it on my way out but haven't been inside to try it. It's a neat brewery, with a very relaxed vibe. We always like to try a new place especially if they make their own beers, it's even better. Hops has a pretty good line of their own brews. My dad wanted to try most of them so he got a couple flights so he can try most of them. I ended up getting a sample of the beer they call the "scooby snack" and it was interesting because it had a bit of sweet flavor similar to a stout but without the thick flavor of a stout. I'm not big on stouts in general so I ended up just going with the Honey Wheat. The Honey Wheat was pretty tasty. It reminded me a little bit of Tractors and Rio Bravo Brewing's ales but much smoother going down. For my second beer, they offered a wide selection of other local brewery's so I of course when I saw the 7K from Santa Fe, I couldn't help but get a glass. My dad enjoyed his flights, he said out of all the beers he only had one he didn't like but the rest were tasty. Our server was awesome, he kept checking on us making sure we were good. He walked us through the place and even gave us some recommendations of what he like of their own taps. He was very friendly, and helpful. Next time in the Nob Hill area, most likely when I go back to Hana Teppanyaki, I'll definitely be returning here!

Love Hops brewery on 4th street. The atmosphere was cozy and beautiful. Set back from the road in an old church. Beautiful stained glass. Servers were attentive and welcoming. We are trying a new brewery in Albuquerque every Friday. This will be one to go back to for sure. Every single beer we tried was excellent.

Went with a group of seven and had a great time. They reserved us some tables and put us in front of a swamp cooler so we didn't bake. I like their system of putting your tab in a cup in front of you. Makes it easier with large groups. The food isn't bad. It's not healthy by any means, but it's good and they give you a lot of it. I had a polish sausage with grilled onions. So good. Their quesadillas are loaded as well. Will definitely keep coming back here.

Now this place is very interesting and different compared to all the other breweries in the ABQ. The bar set up is beautiful! The back wall is decorated with red bricks and a nice wood finish. They also have multiple TV for sports events. Their beer is a force to to reckoned with. Their honey wheat is brewed to perfection! Well balanced, when you drink it, it has a slight honey after taste. To go with my beer I ordered the Pub-B-Q Quesadilla. Being a BBQ aficionado they did a good job. The smoked brisket was tasty and well marinated with a bold BBQ sauce. The patio looks great, although I didn't sit out there this time. They have a great assortment of beers from local breweries to their own style. The service is great! Definitely a awesome place to hang out with friends and family.

First time here and the beer is amazing. They have a great selection of local taps, including some of their own house beers. Delicious. I ordered a Los Thomas sandwich, and it was... ok. The turkey is a bit dry and there looked to be thick bread with a mediocre amount of filling. It was bland, but they have mayonnaise and salt, so that helped. The green chile was fresh and spicy. The side selections are tortilla chips, potato chips, or coleslaw. I wanted to get coleslaw but the bartender had never tried it so I went with potato chips. I would like for them to have some fresher side options, but I realize that the kitchen area is very small, so I think they do what they can. My husband said his quesadilla was really good, so I will probably order something else next time. They were playing the Women's World Cup, which is always perfect to watch at a pub. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. I'll come back here for another beer, for sure.

Excellent beer, we tried the Hops IPA's and they were delicious. We also tried the food; Pub Philly and Nob Hill Dip sandwiches. Both were very good and complimented the IPA's. Nice vibe here on Central Ave.

Great people. Decor and atmosphere is like an old bar I visit while in Austin.
