This place is a hidden gem off to the side of a strip mall. I am a truck driver who craves a good meal, Horizon Cafe made my day. Food was Superb. Absolutely delicious. The Everything bagel with green chile cream cheese and Lox was as good as it gets. ❤️

I have been going to horizon bagels since they opened for there delicious bagels and grilled cheese on challah bread (seriously amazing). It was only today that I tried their matzo ball soup for the first time and, without exaggeration, it was truly a religious experience.
Yum. Yum. Yum.
I can't wait to come again.

Wish I would have found this place sooner. Bagels and cream cheese spreads are excellent. Lots of yummy baked goods to choose from as well.

First time to Horizon Bagels & Cafe. Two words: so good! I ordered the daily special, the bologna breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel with green chile. Delicious! The staff were very friendly and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend.
I’ll add I ordered my food to go then decided to eat in. My picture may not represent how they serve their food if you order to dine-in.

So for the last week, I’ve been getting their vegan lox on a green chili bagel and the last two times I got it, It was so delicious & one of the best things I’ve had. But I got it today and the bagels were sitting in a layer of vinegary oil and it completely ruined my meal. They were soggy from the oil and while trying to eat it was dripping copious amounts of oil. I don’t know why all the other times The bagels were dry and not sitting in any oil but today it was so gross. I couldn’t even eat it. Really disappointed.

I was so happy to find this place! Matzoh ball soup is so hard to come by and this deli delivered. The soup was comforting and flavorful.
The bagels and coffee were great and their customer service was superb.

This was my first time to Horizon Bagels & Cafe, I had the cracked pepper & swiss bagel w/egg & bacon, it was delicious. I will visit again & try something different! Very quaint inviting café a plus close to where I live. 😘

The real bagel place in ABQ. They close at 2:00 and the selection dwindles afternoon. Traditional flavors and groovy experiments too. The chile bagels were great, as well as the poppy. Today I got sesame and pumpernickel. $2 each.
