I would recommend this place if you are looking for something sweet. I got the Oreo overload and it was amazing!!!! Although the wait could be long but it is understandable due to they make everything there fresh. The environment is nice and friendly and the workers look like they love being there definitely going to be visiting again!

All the messy deliciousness!! I love this place! This dessert does not travel well, however. If you go, plan on eating it there, when it's nice and warm, and before the ice cream can melt. The employees are so sweet and very helpful! I will definitely be going back!

Got ice cream paid 40 dollars for 4 of us then left a 6 dollar tip. Waited for our ice cream one after the other when mine was given to me it was dripping sauce all over the floor and table I had to clean and try to eat it at the same time the ice cream was too lop sided. Second one comes out looks alright. 3rd one come out and the girl had to grab the ice cream with her glove to catch it from falling and had to smash it down into the cone before giving it to my kid. Im thinking hopefully that glove is clean from touching everything it was very odd she did that instead of trying to remake it. My daughter sits down and says its going to fall I have to try to eat it fast. We were not mad or complaining just stating the obvious. Well I guess the girl over heard her and went to go talk smack to the miserable girl in the back that had kept looking at us like she didnt want us there the entire time about the ice cream almost falling saying something like what is she supposed to do and started laughing and smiling to go make the 4th one. I really try not to complain or say stuff I had to hold back because at this point I was pissed and wanted my money back. I didnt want to cause a scene with my kids and them try not to enjoy their ice cream. Didn't say anything got the 4th one and we left while being stared down by the 2 girls that were there and 2 more employees that walked in. This is my second time here and my daughters friends first time. And this will be the last. If im going to pay 40 dollars plus tip to get this kind of service its a no for me. The girl working in the back needs to find a new job or stay at home and the girl making the ice cream and talking smack will meet her match one day. Now I see why this place is mostly dead driving by the vibe here is not it as well as the price not being worth it. Good luck to this business they are going to need it...

Tried it for the first time. Not impressed. This place isn’t going to last long. Tried to order an original item off the menu (cinnamon sugar option), the worker (she must have been like 16) said it takes too long to make. Decided on the Oreo. The cake cone was burnt and not edible. Was only able to eat the ice cream and Oreo crumble on top. Visual appeal is the only good thing about it, but the taste won’t have me back. Cold Stone or Baskin Robbins would have been a better option. Only walked in because we ate lunch at Chicken Salad Chick next door.

Wow. So good. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the cone is so good. I’ll be back this place is awesome

I ordered the lemon blueberry dessert. It tasted so yummy and I couldn’t finish the whole thing by myself. However, I’m giving it 2 stars because of cross contamination. There was a peanut in the ice cream and I have a severe peanut allergy. It is unacceptable to allow an accident like that to occur. The tables were dirty and it seems they do not practice sanitary procedures common in the food service industry.

Picture worthy desserts, super amazing staff, just the Chimney cake thing & ice cream combo isn't for me. One & done kinda thing

Every time I come to House Of Chimney Cakes the employees have the most amazing energy and always positive. The owner is the most friendly and professional person you will ever meet and treats her employees like they are her sisters with the most respect any boss could ever treat their employees while serving the best ice cream I’ve ever had. THE LEMONADE MMMMM SO GOOD it never disappoints.

From out of town, it popped out on my google feed, decided to try it and will be coming back every time we come by. One of the employees greeted us as soon as we came in the door, attended us and was really informative with their product. Made it super easy to make choices. I chose the Maminos tropical, without the coconut on the cone, and my partner got the tiramisu, both are amazing! Funny thing the music was not in par with the concept of the place but regardless great place

A unique treat—the chimney cake is good and definitely something to experience at least once. That said, it is on the pricier side, and for me, it felt more like a one-time novelty rather than a go-to dessert place. I’m glad I tried it, and I’d recommend it for the experience, but I wouldn’t make another trip.
