There was a log line to order, but I received my coffee so fast! The staff is always friendly and accommodating! This is my favorite coffee in NM! It’s so smooth and delicious. The syrups are homemade and also amazing!

The pumpkin spice latte accomplished the impressive feat of tasting like stale tortilla chips. Maybe it’s because I ordered it hot this time instead of iced, so that one might be on me.

The burritos are fresh! Unfortunately, the tortillas wrapping them tend to be burnt. The potatoes are plain, the cheese is fine.

The green chile isn’t hot. A cardinal sin but nobody's perfect.

I believe in third chances, and my tolerance for overpriced experiences is pretty high, so I’ll probably order from here again.

That said, the service is always great! I’ve never met a mean barista here. Overall, a peaceful spot to languish.

Each time I have gone so far I have had wonderful experiences with friendly and knowledgeable staff. There is an excellent selection of drinks to choose from with local specialties that taste fantastic. Even in these uncertain financial times, they have had reasonable prices, especially compaired to larger chains. The decor is beautiful and creates a dynamic yet relaxed atmosphere that makes me want to come back just to see everything again and again. Will definitely continue to stop by any time I am in the downtown area.

My husband doesn't drink coffee/tea, so I specifically picked this coffee house when their website mentions custom sodas as an option. The girl at the counter didn't even know what we were talking about, even after showing the website... Disappointed

I thought I’d check out their red chili mochas, which they call the Cowgirl Mocha. I wasn’t able to taste any spicy or chili flavor at all, it’s too subtle. But my friend, who has less of a spice tolerance, says that they can taste the chili, it’s just not fore on the tongue. Regardless, I was expecting a more kick to the chili. Obviously not saying it should be spicy, but I genuinely couldn’t tell where the chili flavor was. That’s all for my experience at Humble though. The coffee is fresh and I’d probably come back for different options. The place is also very clean and feels like a place I’d work on my laptop at.
