Each time I have gone so far I have had wonderful experiences with friendly and knowledgeable staff. There is an excellent selection of drinks to choose from with local specialties that taste fantastic. Even in these uncertain financial times, they have had reasonable prices, especially compaired to larger chains. The decor is beautiful and creates a dynamic yet relaxed atmosphere that makes me want to come back just to see everything again and again. Will definitely continue to stop by any time I am in the downtown area.

My husband doesn't drink coffee/tea, so I specifically picked this coffee house when their website mentions custom sodas as an option. The girl at the counter didn't even know what we were talking about, even after showing the website... Disappointed

I thought I’d check out their red chili mochas, which they call the Cowgirl Mocha. I wasn’t able to taste any spicy or chili flavor at all, it’s too subtle. But my friend, who has less of a spice tolerance, says that they can taste the chili, it’s just not fore on the tongue. Regardless, I was expecting a more kick to the chili. Obviously not saying it should be spicy, but I genuinely couldn’t tell where the chili flavor was. That’s all for my experience at Humble though. The coffee is fresh and I’d probably come back for different options. The place is also very clean and feels like a place I’d work on my laptop at.

Overall a solid spot, delicious coffee great for remote work throughout the day.
Baristas can be sour for some reason sometimes, yet they are downtown! 😅

The barristers are lovely people.
The coffee is perfect.
The atmosphere is like being in a library. Not bad but better outside.
Parking: A free parking lot is behind the store, as well as an outdoor seating area.

I came at a time when it was pretty much dead (I was the only one there besides the barista) but despite the lack of activity, the place was warm and inviting, and had really simple (humble, even) decor, but it really fit the cafe's character. And the barista serving was so inviting and fun to chat with, and even gave me some recommendations on the menu and places to go in town!
If and when I come back to Albuquerque, I'm definitely hitting up Humble 👍
