There were two workers that clearly did not want to work. The two employees were not respectful, turned the “open” sign off early, and proceeded to clean up early when it should be open until 10. A lady then walked in and they let her go behind the counter as they were “friends”. I found this very unprofessional and poor customer service.

The ice cream is really good , but the wait time can be a bit insane based on the number of customers in there . That is understandable given the size of the store and the max number of employees being 2 . I think it’s worth the wait .

This place had a good amount of customers when we visited. The staff didn't properly direct us as to where to order (the tablet) but kind customers helped us out. The interior could definitely benefit from a deep cleaning. The icicles product was tasty - Tea and Macha

Kid-friendliness: A little kids game machine is inside, as well as a photo opportunity with a cardboard elephant, and fun colored chairs to sit on
