Store was absolutely filthy. Saw a dead roach in corner of store, dirty floors, walls, tables. Honestly looked like this place hasn’t been cleaned in months.Service was ok. The ice cream itself was good. Fun for kids to watch the employees make it, and it seemed to be fresh and good quality.Product was overpriced. $8.50 for a small, which does include unlimited toppings (but mix in’s are .50 cents extra). The large was only a dollar more but they were out of the large cups. The small should be a couple dollars cheaper in my opinion based on how much ice cream you get.My rating is due to complete lack of cleanliness and lack of value.

been here twice and both had no boba and said it would be a 30 minute wait. store had been open for well over an hour so absolutely no reason why they shouldn’t have it ready. it’s the only topping you pay for and i didn’t get a refund even after asking
