I was seated and then ignored for almost 15 minutes while everyone around me was waited on. No water or drinks. I was about to walk out when the manager checked on me and from then on was given decent service.

This place is just yucky. Travel a few more miles to an at least DECENT location. Hair in my water, food was yucky. Only people at the darn place and they took FOREVER to come take our order. This place was yucca.

The food was great and it was perfect when landing in NM at such a weird hour. Needing last minute food is why people go to IHOP. Right? Anyway, suffice to say this place loses a couple of stars for the slow service. The server was friendly enough but our group felt forgotten at times. I think the server showed up three total times and each time in 20 minutes intervals.

We went there this morning for breakfast and the service was so slow. and the food was not even worth my money. We order food and talk to a manager but the manager was in the back cooking also. Told him about the food and service. And I've been sick to my stomach since I ate there. Worst service and communication

The server was fantastic. Came by at the right time for refills and was very kind. Even got my kid another drink. Brought the food out as it came and made sure kiddo got food to eat in the meantime.

In ABQ on business from Fl, been in here twice on my trip and everyone is VERY friendly, servers are very attentive and go the extra mile to make sure order is correct. It's very clean and nice inside. Elena R was my server the 2nd visit and did the best job one can do. Thank you!!
The food was excellent like always but the service was terrible. Long wait times you're very little people inside the restaurant as well as the servers did not feel attentive to the needs of the people

Was awful, unless you want someone licking their fingers and spitting in your food while you wait and theyre to busy getting high in the back when the new server doesnt know what to who will eventually quit or get fired after a few weeks then I'd suggest you go here and wait. Other then that id choose Denny's because I can see if the cook is to busy smoking or eating while preparing to cook my food or if the waitresses are eating my food to spitting on it with licking their fingers and smoking anything in the kitchen as well. Good luck and have never eaten here ever since I seen that nor another IHOP. In the mornings is ok but its the night when those weird bipolar ladies work as one in the morning. The dishes are never washed properly either nor does anything seemed maintained enough in the evenings. Ps. they never wash they're hands.

I normally don't eat poorby food like IHOP, but I went expecting to hate everything. I was seated by a young friendly face her name is Camila I believe, she was friendly, polite, very good when we ordered our food after a night of hard drinking and dancing after the divorce with Tom. Camila took our order and the cooks got our food out fast. The food was good and the service was impeccable, if I were ever show back up I want Camila to be my server 5 stars to her and the cooks.

This is probably because I visited on Christmas with a family of seven. The wait to get a table was as expected for the time/group. It took over an hour to get our food, the service for utensils was slow and it took way too much time to get drinks/refills. I understand though.
