I'm not against listening to music in the kitchen...cooks need to relax...but why do we all have to listen to it in the restaurant... I would have been better off going to a Mexican food restaurant. I know there is always music there.

They Gave me pancakes that had gluten and I specifically asked for "Gluten Free Pancakes" and told them I have celiac and cannot have wheat or gluten. Left with horrible stomach pain and nausea, this will cause me health issues for a few months, not cool they usually are careful especially the chefs but this one the chefs didnt care. Never again
Dietary restrictions: Thus exact store did not care about making my pancakes gluten free like I asked and they offer this. I always make sure to tell the chefs. Then I have celiac, and they usually will wipe down the grill and use separate spatulas. But at this the story they did not, and now i'm really sick.

Had to leave after waiting 25 minutes sitting down without being acknowledged. The server literally made eye contact and promptly turned around. The elderly couple seated next to us looked like they were embarrassed for us because of how obvious they were ignoring us. I would understand if it was packed but it was not. It was not packed that one of the female servers was chatting it up with some family members at another table the entire time we waited. Very unfortunate experience.

Our server never refilled our drinks even after multiple times coming back to check on us. Server had an X on her hand showing she partied the night before. Asked for to go drinks and never got them. Spotted servers in the back outside working on their cars instead. If you guys are working with food, the last thing I'd expect to see is them getting their hands really dirty in the hood of their cars, how disgusting.

ROACHES! CUCARACHAS! Crawling on my sister and her boyfriend!!
I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS February 8th 2025 around 5:30 we decided to come here for breakfast.. BAD DECISION. When we got there the waiter was complaining about us getting there and complained to us asking why we didn’t wait until 6 AM to come in, first of all. After we finished my sisters boyfriend left his arms in his lap under the table and when he pulled his hand up he had TWO baby roaches on his hand! When we let the “manager” know he took forever to come out to address us. We’d already paid and were asked to leave and they said this wasn’t an issue they’d had before. When he called the manager to inform them of the incident today (2/9/25) immediately hung up and blocked his number. NM department of health will be contacted about this issue. It’s beyond disgusting and the way we were treated was ridiculous. It was worse because we ate our whole meal and then had to see that. I urge everyone to STAY AWAY from this location!!

My husband and I went by to this ihop location the customer service was awful came to check on us once the entire time we were there my husband ordered a dr.pepper and it didn't taste right and then he requested a coffee to replace it got the coffee cup empty and got the creamer however never got the coffee not likely to come back to this location

High prices again. 1 as in one very this biscuit with gravy $7.60 , nothing else The price was not on the menu .I figured it would be 4 bucks or something with two biscuits. Nope 7.60 for one biscut is just unbelievable.

Firstly, I'd like to express that we've been frequenting this location for quite some time, and unfortunately, the service has consistently fallen short. There have been occasions when we've waited for up to 20 minutes to be seated while staff members walked around without acknowledging us. We enjoy the menu, which is why we continue to visit, but the level of service has not been satisfactory.
Management needs to be reassessed and possibly replaced with individuals who are passionate about their roles and excel in customer service. The current management's lack of accountability seems to influence the entire staff's attitude.
During our recent visit, there was hair in my daughter's food, which we returned immediately. When the dish was remade, it still contained items we hadn't requested, necessitating another return. Despite the repeated errors, no manager approached us to apologize or address the situation, which was disheartening. This lapse in service meant I could not enjoy my meal.
Furthermore, it was disappointing to observe staff members at the front desk gossiping about our table instead of focusing on their duties. This unprofessional behavior contributes to the overall poor service.
Regrettably, my family and I will not be returning to this location. The customer service here has been the worst we've experienced. I strongly believe the management team should be replaced with individuals who are committed to providing excellent service.

I went to pick up my order at the Menaul location. The server verified I had the correct address and told me that they had a rough night and never received the order. He assumed I was a delivery driver and told me to tell the customer that the food was stolen and to refund the order. I asked if they could start the order now and he blatantly refused and said to just refund the order. My boyfriend went inside and asked to speak with a manager. The balding server with no name tag stated that his name is Daniel and there was no manager present to speak to.

Waitress was not attentive. When I went to the restroom, a worker from the kitchen whom I later discovered was a dishwasher. I was also using a restroom, and she left without wash8ng her hands. VERY DISTURBING.
