We went to have lunch at this IHOP on Feb. 17th. We were seated and then our waitress came to take our drink order. My husband ordered coffee and I asked for a Coke or Pepsi the waitress said they had Pepsi. I told her my mother was in the restroom but she will most likely have water. The waitress had bright red hair, tattoos and facial piercings. Have nothing against that at all, just trying to identify who she was. She came back with two waters and coffee for my husband. My mother told her she would like a decaf coffee she said okay and she would be back. It took almost 15 minutes for her to come back for our order. We finally had to flag her down. When she came to the table she was instantly annoyed that we flagged her down. We placed our order and it took her another 10 minutes or so to come back. When she did come back she asked us if there was anything missing. I told her that we will forgo the Pepsi and the decaf coffee. She said very snottily “ I don’t remember you even asking for those and that’s not why I came back I didn’t know if you needed any hot sauce or anything!” Almost yelling at me. I reminded her that she reiterated that they had Pepsi. Then she proceeded to roll her eyes and was making nasty faces at us as she went to the cooks counter. Then she completely disappeared for a while. We will NOT be back period! This was completely unprofessional as we were very polite! This was the first time in our lives that we did not leave a tip. We usually tip very well 20$+. This waitress does not deserve this job period. Absolutely horrid behavior! We will never go back to this IHOP at all! We frequent quite often but not anymore!

The restaurant was pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon but the workers were fast and we didn’t have to wait long for a table. Our food took a while but came out hot.
Jason was our server and he was so friendly and welcoming. He was one of the best servers I’ve had at any restaurant in a long time.

Store was completely dead. I ordered online for curb pick up, they do not have that I guess. So I went inside for my food no big deal, then I didn’t get my shake and she had an attitude when she had to make it. My shake is basically just milk, disgusting. Waste of money. I’m here for business and we don’t have an ihop where I live so I like to stop by sometimes when I’m out of state, and now I gotta pay more money to go elsewhere for something to eat. Thanks.

Food was cold and burned. It didn’t taste like an omelette at all. The pancake was small and was not cooked all the way there were so colder like their were sitting for a while and the service was ok I asked for water and I didn’t get it. I asked again and they finally got water I wouldn’t come here again or tell anyone to come over here

Food & service were great! The bathroom needs to be cleaned better. The doors to the stalls are filthy from soiled hands. Pretty unsanitary, considering Covid & fly season is upon us.

I ordered my order curbside when I arrived I saw there wasn’t curbside pickup. Which was okay I just got inside and picked up my order which went well the guy who grabbed my order was very sweet and another lady offered to grab it as well! I was super dissatisfied when I saw my order when I got home. Brown sappy bananas no butter and the world’s smallest pancake. I have been craving ihop for so long I’m genuinely so bummed out. I’ve been here before and it went alright but I’m genuinely disappointed in food quality. What a waste of my pancoins :(
