I went into the store and an employee "Sara" was more interested with flirting with the UPS worker than taking our order. I ended up leaving due to having to wait so long.

they didn’t warm up the cookies!!! the cookies were hard as bricks.

Parking: Very limited 15 min. Parking spaces and no seating.

Wheelchair accessibility: Really only wheelchair accessible from the one handicap parking space there is that usually has someone without a placard parked in it.

The worst customer service I have ever received. We walked in and were completely ignored. The girl working finally acknowledged us after about 20 minutes, but still did not take our order. After 30+ minutes she finally took the order, and then forgot about it, and continued to ignore us. It took 45+ minutes and someone else coming in on shift to retake our order and finally get it to us.

My first time visiting an Insomnia Cookie Establishment, cookies were great & the cashier was definitely helpful, friendly & patient. Didn’t really care for the area it was in.

Staff weren't very professional, seemed like they didn't even want to be there. The guy helping us had long hair and wasn't wearing any type of hair net, and ended up getting hair in our ice cream. Very gross and uninviting.

I placed a door dash order it never arrived so I called to speak with the manager Brandon Simmons who was extremely rude when I asked for information to speak to hire ups he refused as well as didn't even know the number for the store he was "managing" this is my first experience with this establishment and most definitely my last there is a standard to how you treat paying customers and this place does not follow it I would put negative 5 stars if possible
Btw order was never refunded or compensated

Spent $30 on cookies and staff forgot one of them. Not a big deal, so I went back to tell them and they made a huge deal about needing to see the receipt.
It was just one forgotten cookie, the staff made it out to be my fault and did not even so much as apologize for the inconvenience. Don't support this business, spend your money elsewhere where your business is actually appreciated!

I have bought a cookie cake here before for around $19. It had some delicious icing and the edible paper on top was yummy too. This time I spent seemingly the same amount and it was a big chocolate chip cookie with a gross edible paper sitting on tip. It was depressing. I made some icing and put it on myself but I could've just made it myself at that point, for a lot less $ too. ? Def drop the price if it's not gonna be an actually cookie "cake." I would also suggest advertising with a different name.

So there’s a 2 ice cream scoops for $3 today, it says it on the app, website, social media etc. Went in and they confirmed it was the 28th but they’re “not doing it anymore” despite only being open for 3 hours. got a single scoop and they charged me for 2 of them despite only giving me one. If you have to order two, fine I wasn’t aware, but say that then mention that you can provide two of the same flavor or another scoop of a diff flavor. So instead of getting 2 for $3 i got 1 for $6 ? . Just rude.

Not as good as I hoped. Very rich flavors. Should have split one order instead of getting one for each person. We'll try it again. I like the key lime and the matcha cookie.
