Koi was amazing!
Didn't have most of their items on their menu and said it was because too much was going to waste. Perhaps they should re-think name of company and hours. Definitely was not worth the drive we made out there.
Ordered late lastnight, got a dozen, Omg, they really are delivered warm and were so good. Ordered 10 different cookies and a couple doubles. Every single cookie was perfect. Not 30 minutes after they got here. There was only 4 left. I had to hide them for me, lol. I love that I can order late-night. Will be ordering again this weekend, I found my sweet spot shop. You guys are awesome!!

I ordered cookies from these guys and the delivery driver pretended he couldn't speak English and stole my food (Uber eats Elvis G was the driver). Insomnia Cookies made it right. They refunded my order and still fulfilled it free. Super cool. 1 star to 5! Ty

Insomnia cookies are very rich and very sweet! I actually like that they're not gigantic like a number of the other popular cookie chains. In fact, I think the warm cookies have the edge over their ice cream. Overall, a great visit and very helpful staff.
Excellent staff who combines service with care and oh YES do not forget warm cookies, love this place! The double chocolate chip and the snickerdoodle are game changers. We would love for insomina to bring back the ICING! Highly Recommend!
If I could put zero I would I am completely disgusted after finding a piece of a used napkin in my cookie will not be going back.
