Iron Cafe is one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The hand pulled noodles are incredible and the every dish is so unique and beautifully prepared. If you find yourself among the Asian restaurants near UNM, please go to this one. It’s the best, and everything there is made fresh. I highly recommend the dumplings and buns, because they are juicy and hot, as well as the taiwanese specialty dishes like Lu Rou Don or Spicy Chicken, which you won’t get anywhere else in Albuquerque. The spices in those dishes stand out as authentic and extraordinary. The noodle soup dishes are quite filling and warming.
