This is not a fast food joint -- everything is cooked to order. So be patient and you'll be rewarded. I have tried the green chile cheeseburger and the 2025 state fair burger, and both are memorable. More recently I tried the huevos rancheros, and will attach a photo -- there are eggs and tortillas in there, honest. If you want fries with that, I recommend asking for the ribbon fries instead of the regular fries.

It is located behind a gas station if you are looking for it, main entry faces north. All food is always great. If it's busy don't expect to find a seat, just order to go. It is worth the wait! Highly recommend! NOTE: it is not fast food it's an experience so be patient 😉

If you love sicy, get the State Fair Green Chili Cheeseburger with ribbon fries, you will not be disappointed! The frybread taco and carne adovada burrito are also delicious. The bad news is they are only open until 3:30 week days and closed on weekends. It's very small inside, so I took my order to go. There was a bit of a wait because everything is made fresh to order...totally worth the wait.

We have ate here a few times and they have not let us down. The green chili burger was delicious and the chili had a nice Lil bite to it. Also have had the frito pie and Indian taco, but honestly at this point I dont think they have a dish that will let you down. The service is surprisingly fast for the amount of orders they get. The staff behind the counter always seems to be in good moods so thats a plus. The seating is a bit tight but it still works pretty good. We have used take out call in orders and that was fast.
The 2025 green chili cheeseburger was good but personally I'll opt for the 2024.

I ate the most delicious burger I have ever had in my life. The NM State Fair burger w/ bleu cheese, bacon and green chile was amazing! If I was on death row, this would be my last meal!!

This place is good, the only reason I don’t give it a five star review is for the following two reasons. The 2024 NM State Fair burger combo is $18, I think they kept the State Fair pricing. Secondly, there are literally 5 tables, we went on a Tuesday at 1pm and had to wait for a table to open. Also, there is no one bussing tables so we got to clean the crumbs and what not from the previous customers after paying $36 for two cheeseburger combos.
