This is not a fast food joint -- everything is cooked to order. So be patient and you'll be rewarded. I have tried the green chile cheeseburger and the 2025 state fair burger, and both are memorable. More recently I tried the huevos rancheros, and will attach a photo -- there are eggs and tortillas in there, honest. If you want fries with that, I recommend asking for the ribbon fries instead of the regular fries.
It is located behind a gas station if you are looking for it, main entry faces north. All food is always great. If it's busy don't expect to find a seat, just order to go. It is worth the wait! Highly recommend! NOTE: it is not fast food it's an experience so be patient 😉
If you love sicy, get the State Fair Green Chili Cheeseburger with ribbon fries, you will not be disappointed!
The frybread taco and carne adovada burrito are also delicious.
The bad news is they are only open until 3:30 week days and closed on weekends. It's very small inside, so I took my order to go. There was a bit of a wait because everything is made fresh to order...totally worth the wait.
