I have loved this place ever since they opened! The two fry bread dishes are consistently their stand-outs. Most people prefer the version with pinto beans, but I also love the one with black beans, tofu, and cheezey sauce. They also have excellent tamales, blue corn bread, posole, nachos, and enchiladas. Honestly, everything here is great. I haven't tried their drinks yet because they are kind of expensive. I've eaten here many times as a local and will continue to do so. This is a unique experience if you're visiting Albuquerque, especially if you just got done visiting the Pueblo Cultural Center (a fantastic museum, worth seeing). Don't miss this joint!
Super good vegan foods, I go here maybe too much, but it’s hard to find reliable Vegan food in ABQ that don’t mess with my gut. Love their juices too 🫶
This is a photo of their Pueblo pizza, I also recommend their green chili lentils soup with flat bread or the blue corn bread.

My first time, last. I tried a fiesta bowl and it was a horrible dud. It had what looked like canned chick peas, rice, chopped raw kale, and some creepy looking nuclear green green chile sauce. I ate two chick peas and
Said I don’t think so.

Itality takes the cake for the most nourishing vegan food in Albuquerque, this city really needed this place. It’s filling and delicious and you leave feeling really good and cared for. It’s clear that a lot of intention and love goes into their menu. I’m really grateful that they are here and wish them lots of success.

I tried Itality for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I was a little nervous about all plant based food, but it was delicious! Their waffles were fantastic and they have a little greenhouse you can have your meal in. Very friendly staff and will be going again.

Just had a delicious meal here for lunch. We were a group of five, and enjoyed the following: breakfast burrito, NDN taco (beans and veggies on fry bread), fry bread special, blue corn waffle, falafel wrap, and a bowl of anole. The fresh tortillas for the burrito and falafel wrap looked, smelled, and tasted amazing with their flavorful fillings. The fry breads were both great, if messy! It was my first time trying anole and I found it lovely: a smooth and lightly sweetened porridge with fresh blueberries and pumpkin seeds for texture, finished with a berry syrup. We definitely want to return because the rest of the menu also sounds delicious!
We sat in the greenhouse (there is not a lot of seating indoors), which was cute, but I imagine would be hard to tolerate in other seasons.

Food and smoothie was just okay. All I had was the stew and a smoothie. And, for some reason maybe 10 minutes after that my eyes began to itch/water, and tingle along with my throat. All three felt as if they were swelling. My throat didn’t swell but for some reason my eye did! I haven’t done or used anything different today other than come to their place.
I drove over, as I’m staying right across the street, left and came right back haven’t gone any other place. So imagine my surprise when this feeling came on! I called to ask about ingredients (because allergens) as this feels like an allergic reaction and I think they thought I was being funny when I did, but no. This is my eye currently, swollen shut, I took Benadryl AND Flonase asap! I am now not able to do anything else I had planned for the day. :(
I know that going out to eat is always a risk but dang!
$20 for tamales with no meat!? These plant based folks are experiencing brain trauma! Go eat some meat!!
