Food was great. They were really busy when I was there, so service was lacking.

Worst service ever! Waited for refills and they were not busy at all. Left cups at the end of the table and the server didn't refill any of our drinks. Steak was burnt to a crisp and mashed potatoes were so old. They wanted me to pay. I refuse to pay for food I took a bite of. Calling corporate office! This is BS services and food was disgusting. Waited for a manager for now over an hour.

Hot or plane is just great

Don't bother coming .... no one working at this place. No one at the front desk to take our name for a seat. Waited 10 minutes and no one came. Servers just walked by without saying a word!

My family ate here on July 1, 2022. They messed up our order and when we tried to have it fixed they didn't care. I called the store and even spoke with a manager regarding the issues with our order. I was put on hold for 30 minutes. The manager didn't try to correct the issues we had with our order. I was told they would get back to me, but the didn't. So if you want the saltiest wings of you life eat here. If you don't mind burnt chicken eat here. If you want the nastiest wings of you life then eat here. The only good thing we got with our order was the fries. We won't be back to this wing place.

We had made an order and had it delivered through Door Dash. The order was completely wrong. When I called the restaurant, they told me to take in the wrong order. When I went, the manager told me that I had to cancel the order on the app and reorder. That could have been said over the phone. I waisted both time and gas for the manager just to tell me that. Gas prices are not cheap now a days. It was very unprofessional on how they dealt with the situation. Also there was an employee that was "flirting" with another staff member and started dancing "dirty". That was very inappropriate! Good thing I did not take my young children in. Other than that, their wings and fries are delicious. I wish I would have been enjoying them now. But no! I did not reorder since it would probably take another hour to to get my order. I also left them the wrong order.Very disappointed!

orderd my wings about 6:30 pm order was said to be ready at around 7 i went to the location i orderd from and checked in as it said to do after waiting 30 minutes or so and other people getting there order that pulled up after me the car hop lady at chilis tells me that its just wings closed at that location an hour ago and there was no order for me so i payed for food that i never received.
