Last time I was there the manager (black uniform) was sitting down look like she was on her break there was two people working cooking the food and one guy working the drive-thru. We walked in asked the manager if there was someone there to take our order she acted like she didn't speak English and went back to playing on her cell phone. Asked one of the workers they pointed at her saying that she was the only one that could take the order and again we waited and nothing happened so we left, This is the fourth time at this location that the customer service sucked people that work at this location are just rude and care more about themselves than the customers... Do not go to this location Go to the Carlisle location far better service.

I've used this location several times today. They were just horrendous. It took 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Even then they had me park and I've been sitting outside waiting for my order for about 15 minutes and even then they served several of the people that came out after me before they got to me. My order wasn't that complex. A couple of burger meals and some tacos... Realized after I left that the food was already cold and Daddy's been sitting there a while

I went to this location as I had not been to Jack In The Box and what feels like 20 years since I was in high school asking for the help in the assistance of the Associates at this location refusing and at 11:00 at night yes it might be late but nobody was even in the Drive-Thru besides one person ahead of me and nobody was behind me making an order this so see it's for busy making food for themselves and refuse to help in assist me with application process so that I could use the current promotions and deals in which they had and then they decided to close the window and tell me have a good night without me allowing to order through the app and or through their drive-thru window these group of individuals are extremely racist and very discriminating and do not care about the return business of Jack in the Box they would much rather shoe away potential customers disregarding that we have the ability to leave a review and all it takes is one to make a change extremely impactful and on this journey in which I'm taking and I let my community know the experiences that I'm having with each of these businesses that's just one less customer

Went to get some shakes an hour before close and they said they weren't serving ice cream. Menu items should be sold during operating hours period otherwise put a label on the menu detailing time restrictions.

Tried to order menu items, drive through worker had no clue what items I was trying to order. Asked for a junior jumbo jack, she can't find it and asks if it's the $6 one..... left without ordering, I will never buy food here again with these clueless workers. Beyond frustrating when someone doesn't know their own menu.

The fries were yummy, fresh and crispy. The two tacos had a good fry with crunching and a bit of chile heat. The double bacon burger was filling, I shared it with my pup. I have left over fries, half a burger, and a Taco for later. Big drink for the afternoon shift. The menu is huge, they have coffee drinks! I'm coming back, so much to try.
