Don't go into the drive through they always get your order wrong they got me and my boyfriends order wrong about 5 time's or more and that's only when we went to that Jack In The Box

When are the workers? David took my order over an hour later. I got my tacos. After arguing and arguing. Him telling me to wait outside and he bring it out. He never did. This is the most ridiculous place. And he kept telling me were shortstaffed sorry.

Good food, very fresh. One of the workers was mopping the entire lobby while we ate so the smell of fabuloso made it not an enjoyable experience.. on top of that she was blasting music from her phone and did not seem to care about those around her.

I was in a hurry and needed a quick breakfast. I had never been to Jack-in-the-Box before for an early meal, but my friend gave me a gift card and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the croissant sandwich with French toast, sticks, and a regular iced coffee it was perfect. everything came out fast and was fresh. The girl at the drive-through was all smiles and very courteous. I will go back and keep this in mind. If I’m on the run for a great breakfast treat -Cynthia Hess.

Honestly just wanted some late night food and I'm just down the street from this place and I take a couple bites from my burger and noticed a weird taste to it only to find the thin paper cooked with the cheese this is like the 5th time now that something like this has happened with paper like come on people really

Staff doesn’t bother telling you if they are out of something and there’s changes to your order. Manager is rude as well.
Picking up for a food delivery service and I went inside like they specifically tell you to do. And the manager ( will) says “the lobby is closed” that i have to go through the drive thru to get my customers order. Then I spend 20 minutes in the drive thru. For him to tell me to pull around to the front door and they’ll bring it to me. I wasted time and money at this location. Go somewhere else.
