Parking: I will go by here from time to time since 2012. I don't recall ever having bad customer service from here. Staff are friendly and courteous. I typically use the drive thru. It usually has an even flow. Don't recall any back ups or major delays. Thank you for doing such a Good Job!

I have always liked Jack in the Box food even if it is fast food. Their selection is different than the other competition around the area. Who else has the Sourdough Jack hamburger. It's a decent price and it's always delicious. The two tacos for a $1.50 can't beat that if you're on a budget

Spent 25 minutes standing in Lobby waiting for anyone to acknowledge me. Every employee working made eye contact with me several times. The girl working register helped someone shortly after I stood in line. Helped him walked away and then just pretended myself and a much nicer lady didn’t exist for 20 minutes!! The poor other lady was still waiting when I left! She was there before the guy and myself……

I always order grilled chicken sandwich at Jack in the box, which is number 16. This was the second time I tried it here. The first time, my order was just a mess and the chicken was cold and dry. The second time, the chicken was also cold and super dry and it looked burn. I don’t know. Maybe they need a better cook?

Poor service. I ordered a green chili burger with bacon and asked for an extra paddy. They gave me a cold burger, cold fries and half when they were large fries. If Janeth is serving you and taking your order, prepare for it to be incomplete and poorly made. They should see what kind of people they hire since they have no idea how to do their job even when they are being paid. The worst Jack in the Box I have ever visited. Thank you very much for the bad experience and for the terrible quality of food.

Only taking one star off because I ordered churros and they gave me some that looked from like 2 days ago. Also store needs to get them a new drive through speaker, employees always have a hard time hearing customers orders.
