Oof it was really bad. I waited 10 minutes at the speaker for someone to take my order, and 10 minutes at the window to get my food. Same as the guy in front of me, so my total time in that like was pushing a half hour. The sourdough sandwich was cold, which I can't understand unless the thing came out of a freezer and didn't get fully heated. The mozz sticks were actually pretty good, Jensen the extra star. But man, this was bad.

My husband went though the drive thru and ordered dinner they messed up the order when I called them to let them know the kid on the phone told me there’s nothing he can do about it there’s no manager on duty and I would have to wait till tomorrow morning all I wanted was for them to re make the order and I would have went back to pick it up but no they wouldn’t even do that I asked the kid on the phone so I have to wait till tomorrow morning to eat dinner tonight he told me I guess I don’t have a manager or shift lead on the clock so I guess 30 dollars down the drain and I will be calling tomorrow morning as well if I could give ZERO stars I so would

I was pleasantly surprised with this Jack in the Box. First, it was spotless, and while we were there we observed people cleaning. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Bathrooms were also spotless. Well done everyone.
Horrible they don't speak English and had to repeat My order 5 times and confirm 3 more at the window after payment. Don't eat here. This place shouldn't even be open. Come on Jack what's wrong w u guys..... Wait. I just checked My order. You're staff kept half my order. Is this intentional? U charged us. What the heck ! PEOPLE CHECK UR ORDER BEFORE U LEAVE AND CHECK UR RECEIPTS! this is probably why they're parking lot is always empty at this location. Sorry Jack I won't be back. 😔

Manager dude working on August 14th @ 5:30pm Sneezed into his hand and proceeded to touch EVERYTHING. He then blew his nose repeatedly near food and did not wash his hands whatsoever. GROSS.

This was the saddest most disgusting dry old burger I've ever had for $11 dollars for just the burger. After a long hard day of work I got home to eat a pathetically gross hockey puck that I couldn't even barely get my teeth through and could not take back. If you're going to charge people that much for a burger at least make it correctly and fresh. I really hate y'all right now
