They got the complete order wrong and I asked for a plain... A cheese burger with meat cheese and bread, they just put 2 patty's on the plate, and they also just made fun of me and my friends and harrased us in Spanish even though they need to know and just didn't listen. 1 star

Well. I ordered a plain cheese burger for my son
No big deal it was misunderstood and I got just two patties with some lettuce. I said I’m supposed to get bread and chuckled some… then (I’m Mexican /argentine and fluent Spanish ) so then the entire back line staff along with customers started to make fun of me in Spanish. It made me feel so horrible. I have a lighter complexion so I can see if they didn’t think I spoke Spanish … but this was absolutely terrible that I was treated this way …it not only hurt my feelings but my family was sitting there and saw it too

Forgot to put my potato wedges in the bag. I paid $16 for a full meal, I expect all of my items. It was my first time trying Jack in the Box ever. The food was mid and bland. The stuffed jalapeños were cold and the cheese congealed. I always heard mixed reviews and was excited to try. Not worth the $$ or time👎🏻
