My pit stop at Jack in the Box during my journey to California exceeded expectations on multiple fronts. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the store was striking. It was evident that the staff takes great care in maintaining a spotless environment, contributing to a positive dining experience.The inclusion of access codes for the bathrooms is a brilliant idea to ensure that only customers can use them. This strategy not only promotes cleanliness but also adds an extra layer of convenience for patrons.As someone on a road trip, fast and efficient service is crucial. Jack in the Box delivered on this front, providing the speedy service I needed to continue my journey. The staff's customer service was outstanding – super friendly and accommodating, making my brief stop a pleasant one.

The service is slow, the prices aren't awful but not great either. The last two times we've gotten food from here (we don't eat here often) we've had to park in the parking lot to wait even though it's not busy. The food is average at best. Today there's a drugged out man hanging out in the back drive thru area and then wandering the parking lot, taking food and drinks out of the trash while another man was actually peeing in the parking lot. Obviously, this isn't all the restaurant's fault as it's a problem in Albuquerque. Definitely glad I didn't have to get out of my car though. It'll be awhile before I bother going back.

Came to the drive threw @9:50AM MST. I was rudely greated upon ariving at the speaker waited 5 minutes for the lady to return I kept saying hello I'm ready to order no response from anyone so I left! I will not be returning to this restaurant!
