Good, tasty food. Good quantity also. Only doing take out due to staff shortages. The lady attending to customers, taking phone orders, taking walk-in orders, delivering the food etc, all with a smile and many thank you so much you's, is absolutely wonderful.

Just ordered orange chicken and got home was completely in shock what I found. The chicken was a chopped mess with little to no batter totally not your traditional orange chicken with white breast meat and a fluffy batter that we all know and love! What the beep happened? Save money do not order from here. Such a disappointment. Panda Express would have been better. Long time customer but no longer.. pissed and shocked looked like they chopped up a chicken from the back yard even had wing tips! Gross

I love this simple and delicious food. I order a combo meal and it's two meals. We usually do take out, but there are plenty of tables to stay and eat in as well.

We just left Jade chinese restaurant with the no intention on ever going back. As soon as we walked in the building the server lady was rude and acted as if we were bothering her just by coming into the restaurant. From the very beginning she made sure we knew she wasn't happy we were there.. and we were the only customers. I asked her if I could get some crunchy things for my egg drop soup and she rolled her eyes.. that was the last straw for me before walking out without touching my soup. We were nothing but nice even though she clearly hates her jobSo disappointing because this is one of my favorite restaurants.

The portions are huge, great for the price. I absolutely loved the egg drop soup. The vegetable Egg Foo Young was different from what I'm used to, but still tasty! Family style environment, which my daughter loved. I wanted take out, but we met in the middle and took the rest back to our hotel room. The server was really busy but very polite and fast!!

Stopped by to try it. Glad i did! The sweet /sour chicken was great! Nice fresh white meat chicken. My dad got the seafood noodle soup and loved it. Said it was very flavorful. Wasn't a fan of the egg drop soup. Was ok. Eggrolls are delicious. Will be back for sure. Loved that you can order from the lunch menu until 4pm every day. My sweet/sour was $11.99.

We used to eat at Jade Chinese about once a month for a year. It was reliable, never exception though. Then maybe 4 months ago, we had a very disappointing dinner, and didn’t return until Aug. ‘23. Takeout dinner. Four egg rolls were cool and soggy, filled with a little cabbage. Cost was 1.75 x 4. Then there was a Mongolian Beef* at $20.75. Simple and familiar veggies. Then Black Pepper Shrimp* (meaning spicy) It wasn’t spicy but did cost another $20.75. Then to top it off, I ordered 2 orders of refried rice. Add $1.75 X 2. Then an $8.00 gratuity. You catch my drift? Something’s going on there and it isn’t good. We’re scratching it off our list of average/ordinary restaurants in ABQ. Life’s too short for bad food.

The food is good, however the service is terribly slow. Only one server is ever staffed and too busy to keep up. All tables stay dirty due to no time to bus them, many people go several minutes needing refills and you have to waive down the server or she won’t assist you. They are nice employees, just far too understaffed.
