I purchased cooking class tickets for my husband and me to celebrate our 8 year anniversary recently. We took the Cooking with Cast Iron class, since we've both always loved the idea of using a cast iron pan at home, but always felt intimidated by it. This class was amazing. We used cast iron in a variety of ways and Jan was eager to answer all of our cooking questions! We can't wait to take another class with her again soon!

We went to an "Eat Desert First" class for our anniversary and not only had a wonderful time, but also were treated to a wonderful chocolate silk pie, excellent fruit tart, and the best Tres Leches cake ever!

We ordered a berry tart for Mother's Day weekend, and it was out of this world! Beautiful, and delicious. Short bread crust was amazing, custard was yummy, and berries were fresh. Thank you Jan!
