Food was ok..l...service was exceptional...but the atmosphere was bad.... nothing against homeless....but a few of them were walking in the restaurant and they reeked urine....my appetite was ruined!! Maybe find a solution so that they don't be walking as much in the restaurant.

Rude staff. Uncaring. Had a plate thrown on my tray because the young lady didn't see that we had ordered and paid for two salad bars.
The staff here need major training in how to treat guests. Hateful staff can ruin a nice meal.

Our cashier Janee was incredibly ill mannered and rude. Right off the bat, rather than help the customers (us) waiting to order, she chose to have 2 side conversations with her coworkers right in front of us, which as we could clearly overhear, had nothing to do with work related issues. As we continued to order, the interaction with her did not make up for her bad first impression… Hopefully they find a more considerate and respectful cashier, because it seems she is more fit to be in the kitchen so she can freely continue her chitchat rather than interact with patrons.

Friendly, efficient staff. Delicious green salad and tortilla soup, and turkey salad. The fresh fruit is always top quality. I like the free vanilla and chocolate ice cream.

Pretty good food but the place was super dirty, never going back again because a food establishment needs to have at least some clean practicies (I went when there was no one in the restaurant) they need to just really clean everything especially the soda fountain

Honestly hurts to even put this review because I came here daily during school. I just don't understand how every time I do delivery (through your website) I get screwed over. Why am I receiving my food an hour late by some third party driver? $10 delivery fee to get cold food is absolutely absurd. Not even sure how to go about getting a refund because I just get the runaround through Jason's Deli-DoorDash. Please set up a better system for this, I shouldn't be waiting a full 60 minutes for over $50 of food that essentially was just wasted.

We placed an online order, but made the mistake of not checking our bag. After our three mile trip back home we found missing items. The impolite manager had the audacity to say that we had other items we ordered and denied to adjust the loss of our missing items. The manager finally accepted the fact that they made a mistake but still never made it right.
