Atmosphere is dead here, new remodel made this place even worse. No servers, you have to place your order when you walk in and the. You can sit down. just open a food truck.

I noticed I had a 45min stop at the Amtrak station. I called ahead and asked if I could order a pizza for pick up and explained I was riding the train. Pizza was delicious. Staff gave us everything we needed to eat on the train. Very much appreciated!

The pizza was hot and fresh. The service was attentive and efficient. The salad was cold, crisp and fresh. The decor was great. It was easy to park curbside near front door.Parking: Parking meters are available. Curbside on the North and South side of Central Avenue in front of the restaurant, as well as there is a city parking garage to the north of the building as well as a private parking lot, East of the building.

I don't write many negative food reviews, but this food is just Cisco truck bland generic pizza. I wish I didn't eat here.Cheese pizza, chicken pesto pizza, house wings and house salad. Wings burnt soggy and bland, both pizza just had no flavor or texture, can't explain it more that saying imagine using the cheapest ingredients and this is what you get. Sad and rubbery.Sorry guys, I've worked in the restaurant world for years and know that negative reviews are often picky and unfairly hurt businesses but I really wish I was warned in the reviews so I could avoid dropping $80. None of us wanted to finish it even though we were quite hungry and are now trapped on train ride to LA and eating cup of noodles instead. Technique on pizza looked fine but terrible ingredients. Wings were just bad on every level.

Actual New Yorker Here. I will start by saying that I understand that if you're not importing your water from NYC, I know the pizza won't ever measure up. Pizza 0 for calling it NY, 7/10 for pizza. Price is good.Cheese and Sauce are ok.Crust gets points half points for foldability so I can eat and walk. Was a little floppy on the end. It's a little dense and uneven in doneness, but maybe there's elevation at play.If you're going to call yourself a NY pizzeria, I need things ready in a NY minute. Being close to the convention center, I had hoped this would be a quick place to pick up a slice and get back to it. There are no hot and ready slices, and up front staff are focused on tables more than to-go orders. I was here for almost 4 min before anyone took my order with no one else ahead of me. I ordered 2 cheese slices and I assume I had to wait on a whole pie to finish cooking, but it was not communicated and it took more than 15min for me to get my order.

I ordered a calzone to go. You might be able to guess from the photo, but it would be hard to identify without context. I don't mind burnt food, but this was a bit much. I cook a lot, including pizza and calzone in a wood fried oven, and I wouldn't serve this to a guest. That said, it was edible. The marinara was pretty good and had nice chunks of fresh garlic. Unlike others, I felt the staff was nice and friendly. As I waited, I could tell they were attentive and friendly. As I write this the burnt flavor is still lingering. I need to go brush my teeth.

Food was subpar, order was ready and no one notified us, we had to ask. Customer service was bad, not friendly or inviting.

The only thing worse than the pizza is the service. I have never encountered more rude staff anywhere. Overpriced and not that good. Go elsewhere.

Service has gone down hill. Went here at 9pm last night to pickup some pizza for my kids before heading home. We figured on having one last beer while we waited. We walked in and hostess asked if it was for here or to go and we said to go. She gave us a menu then disappeared. We figured we would grab a seat and wait till she came back so we could place our order. When we told her our plans, she said for us to grab a seat and wait to be served by a waitress. I went to the bathroom while wife waited for waitress. The wife ordered the pizza and herself a cider. When I got back the waitress dropped off the cider at which time I also asked for a beer. I asked her what they had on tap and she spouted all the light beers they had. I asked her if they had any IPAs and she said that she could not serve me an IPA because she observed me acting drunk....? She then advised that this late in the night people are drunk.... ? WTH? My wife even asked how is it late when its barely 9:30pm and how did she even see if I was being drunk? She then quickly asked if we wanted to cancel our orders. I said fine, to simply ring us up for the drink she had served my wife and we will close out the bill. She then grabbed the drink and said not to worry. On the drive home I was mind baffled how the waitress was willing to sell me a light beer but not an IPA because apparently I was drunk. I then remember all the staff in the restaurant and realized that maybe my wife and I were being racially profiled. What's funny is that I remember going to this restaurant previous occasions and ordering pizza around 1pm to take home being a lot more intoxicated and never being told No.
