It was good before the owner raised the prices ridiculously high, hired rude counter staff because you don't tip. Employees at UNM don't get discounts at all any longer. It's definitely gone down hill. I will not be buying my breakfast from there any longer. I will not refer my family and friends either. It sucks because I used to love this place but it really has left me upset and uneasy.

The lady working the window of the food orders has been rude multiple times with getting the orders wrong. But when my husband asked for extra green chile she threw our order at him!! Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible miserable woman that work there! Don't ask for extra green chile everyone. You don't want these woman to work too hard! đ

Ordered a fresh breakfast burrito (bacon, green, cheese) that was cooked perfectly. Well seasoned, bacon crispy, chile had a kick but wasnât spicy. It was gone before I thought it was worth a picture. Would gladly order again.
Itâs in a hospital so exceeded my expectations greatly. The last hospital only had an in-house cafeteria that they simply referred to as the âdietary centerââŠ.

As the kitchen worker put my burrito together he did NOT wear gloves and added food by hand-grabbing clumps of food. Then he microwaved it-which I HOPE killed any germs. The fact that it was microwaved IN a styrofoam container may have made it toxic, and perhaps that too killed some germs⊠Cashier was friendly and helpful.

This place loves to tip shame you through their POS (Point of Sale). Ordered one combo meal and before the cashier hands me the receipt, she looks at the receipt carefully to see if I left a tip.
I noticed her negative demeanor and negative attitude changed towards me immediately after giving me back my receipt. She gave me an eye roll and did not thank me for my patronage. This was later confirmed 15 minutes later when she yelled out my order and said it was ready. When I went to pick up my order, she did not say thank you, enjoy your meal, or have a nice day, just walked away and said nothing.
Was it because I didnât leave a tip on the POS? Some customers prefer paying a tip with cash! I also prefer leaving a tip for services rendered. Mind you she also did not make my sandwich. She did not bring me my sandwich or wait on me. I still had to get my own utensils and napkins. Also, I had to get my own drink and side. All she did was take my order with a very bad attitude. Your best option is to eat at the cafeteria on the 2nd floor. The food is better and the cashiers are nicer

Open 24hrs and they serve everything you could wa t. They have pizza' salads' Boarshead meats and cheese sandwiches. Fruit cups' sushi' ice cream chips' snacks' cakes' breakfast. It's all good.

I was eating at a table when a young man took a sandwich he had bought likely from. A convince store you know the heat and eat he asked the cook very politely and was given a very rude no and again by likely the manager of. Duty got snotty with him complaint about sanitary reasons which makes no sense if she's so concerned about sanastery reasons would've not sanitize the interior of thr microwave after each use. A very simple throw it in the microwave so the guy could eat was ruined by a snobby cashier he thought she was better then someone. I won't be eating here again

The red Frito Pie with red chili hamb. meat; pinto beans; cheese; lettuce; tomato and sour cream was actually really good!! Yummmmyyyyyy ?? Also, the Coke-Zero was really good, as well!

Iâm currently a pregnant patient at the womenâs special care unit. Went down to get some food, ended up getting humiliated by the tall guy behind the counter for trying to help somebody buy food. Didnât know the women I was helping all I knew was that she was hungry and asked for help. Who am I to say no. Apparently she had stole something. I DIDNT KNOW! I donât know her. She walked up to me inside the restaurant. That man had no reason to yell at me specially in front of other customers. Couldnât stand the embarrassment so I put back the stuff I had and walked out. Came back to my room crying, humiliated and my stomach in pain. Not even saying all he said or did. He knows exactly what he did and said. This treatment is not okay. I understand how other people can be and act but I was trying to do something nice. Ended up feeling beat down and putting my baby in risk for a man who canât control his temper.

Had Me wait 20 minutes for a sandwich with plastic in it I then called and they said I can get a refund but when I went back the manager was very unprofessional and rude. Made a comment that ânot everyone is perfect.â And âitâs just plasticâ. I am very disappointed in the service I received. Would give no stars but sadly it is not an option.
