The breakfast burritos are good, but I feel like they add too much chili to them. Sometimes it's hard to finish them because they are way too spicy. The potatoes are sometimes really big there are a lot more potatoes than eggs.

This is the 2nd time they gave me raw pizza. Twice in a month. They don't cut the pizza anymore either. How are you supposed to dip it in ranch. This pizza used to be excellent and now it's garbage.

Service….is a cashier…takes your money & you can tip! Basically, the food is self serve, There are other options IF YOU HAVE TIME. REMEMBER, this is inside a hospital, right outside the UNM ER. . So you wonder out to grab a bottle of water, $3.29 .The space is tiny, extremely cramped space so the owner can cram more JUNK FOOD into a very small space! EVERYTHING is WAY over priced. Fountain drink, MEDIUM, $2.30…NO REFILLS. The price the owner pays for that drink, is MAYBE a penny. One refill for 50 cents would be nice, but none 🤦🏼♀️. Surprised they don’t charge for straws. GREEDY is the only word that comes to mind.

It was good before the owner raised the prices ridiculously high, hired rude counter staff because you don't tip. Employees at UNM don't get discounts at all any longer. It's definitely gone down hill. I will not be buying my breakfast from there any longer. I will not refer my family and friends either. It sucks because I used to love this place but it really has left me upset and uneasy.

The lady working the window of the food orders has been rude multiple times with getting the orders wrong. But when my husband asked for extra green chile she threw our order at him!! Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible miserable woman that work there! Don't ask for extra green chile everyone. You don't want these woman to work too hard! 🙄

Ordered a fresh breakfast burrito (bacon, green, cheese) that was cooked perfectly. Well seasoned, bacon crispy, chile had a kick but wasn’t spicy. It was gone before I thought it was worth a picture. Would gladly order again.
It’s in a hospital so exceeded my expectations greatly. The last hospital only had an in-house cafeteria that they simply referred to as the “dietary center”….

As the kitchen worker put my burrito together he did NOT wear gloves and added food by hand-grabbing clumps of food. Then he microwaved it-which I HOPE killed any germs. The fact that it was microwaved IN a styrofoam container may have made it toxic, and perhaps that too killed some germs… Cashier was friendly and helpful.
This place loves to tip shame you through their POS (Point of Sale). Ordered one combo meal and before the cashier hands me the receipt, she looks at the receipt carefully to see if I left a tip.
I noticed her negative demeanor and negative attitude changed towards me immediately after giving me back my receipt. She gave me an eye roll and did not thank me for my patronage. This was later confirmed 15 minutes later when she yelled out my order and said it was ready. When I went to pick up my order, she did not say thank you, enjoy your meal, or have a nice day, just walked away and said nothing.
Was it because I didn’t leave a tip on the POS? Some customers prefer paying a tip with cash! I also prefer leaving a tip for services rendered. Mind you she also did not make my sandwich. She did not bring me my sandwich or wait on me. I still had to get my own utensils and napkins. Also, I had to get my own drink and side. All she did was take my order with a very bad attitude. Your best option is to eat at the cafeteria on the 2nd floor. The food is better and the cashiers are nicer

Open 24hrs and they serve everything you could wa t. They have pizza' salads' Boarshead meats and cheese sandwiches. Fruit cups' sushi' ice cream chips' snacks' cakes' breakfast. It's all good.
