Incredible. Grab a giant sub and share the love. Only $18 plus tax with more flavor than subway. Try the 13 🤤

The people who work here are literally so nice. I occasionally come here when I really get the craving for it and it never disappoints. This place is always clean and the service is fast.

My response to the owner:
Regardless, my experience was negative enough for me to make the effort to write this review. I appreciate that you are going to share my feedback with management, enabling them to use it as a valuable coaching opportunity. In order to ensure, that everything has been resolved to my satisfaction, a refund would have sufficed.

My wife and I were extremely disappointed with our last visit at this location.
We were not greeted by any of the three workers behind the counter when we walked in. What we wanted was two Cali Clubs but were denied because they did not have avocado. This was the second red flag, the first was not being greeted. We should have saw this as a sign and walked out of the store.
Since, they did not have the Cali Club, we begrudgingly ordered two Provolone and Turkey on wheat bread.
When my wife was in the middle of deciding what condiments and toppings she wanted on her sub, one of the workers from behind the counter was trying to get her to pay right away. There was no need for this, since there was nobody in the store. My wife did not get a chance to finish telling the guy what she wanted on her sub due to the rude worker wanting her to pay right away. So then, the guy making the sub started asking me what condiments and toppings she needed.
At first, I thought he was multitasking and was asking about my sub, this guy was problematic. He thought we only wanted one sub, when we asked for two. To make the situation worse, he puts honey mustard on her sub without asking while she was paying for the subs at the register. When one of the workers noticed he only made one sub instead of two, he rushes to slice the turkey and throws it on white bread. The problem with the other guy was his negative attitude and lack of communication. He made the situation worse by being chintzy with the turkey slices, not slicing any provolone, and putting it on the wrong bread.
This crew did not work as a team and the guy that made our subs did not know what he was doing at all. He also forgot to put my Cherry Pepper Relish in our take out bag. This last visit was so bad, that we do not even want to visit this location again. I remember going here on the grand opening, and all I can say now is the positive impression, excitement, and anticipation is all gone!!!

CPR
Trust me
Try it
It’s all about the CPR - Cherry Pepper Relish!
Jersey Mike's Subs, is all about quality. We ordered the Cali Club (turkey, apple-wood smoked bacon, avocado, provolone cheese) it was soo good! It's the ingredients!! High quality meats and cheese sliced in front of you, store baked bread, and the authentic taste -- served Mike's Way, fresh lettuce, onions, tomatoes, oil, vinegar and spices! Of course, everything is served with a smile.

Wow, my first time at Jersey Mike’s and I’m hooked! Walked in, was promptly greeted by Juan who helped me choose a sandwich. Even asking if it was my first time, made it easy to be walked through the process.
I chose the mini club on wheat, bread was fluffy, meats were stacked and generous on the toppings.
My first bite will lead to many more. The bacon added a perfect crunch and flavor!
Being in the hospitality business I know what good service looks like and feels like. The staff was all polite, courteous and respectful!
I found my new spot on Central to grab a bite!

I had a bad experience here but I don't blame the workers, even though they were kinda rude to me. Came in at dinner time and only two people were staffed. For the dinner rush in the University area..it was too busy for two workers and everyone was pissed off. And I got the wrong sandwich lol

Been going here for a while but the food and service have sadly changed over time. The bread is either stale or overcooked when we have gone in lately. Staff seem tired/overworked and aren’t nearly as friendly as they were in the past.

Very disappointed. My wife and I are from New Jersey and this is usually a treat. The service was very slow. Watched the manger or lead tell a girl (obviously new or I hope new) a sandwhich was too big and pulled it out of a customers bag to cut 1 inch off of it then cut another one inch slice. The remaining sandwich and one inch were rewrapped, the other was placed into on a shelf. I reminded of the old customer service twining of give them the pickle. But thought stickler, next people in line, same manger, oh that is so and so’s brother so just gave him his sandwich and drink. Hhhmmm odd. I asked for pepper, the young lady then proceeds to put oregano on my sandwich . I say that is oregano, she says “that is the closest to pepper we have” really?!?!? My wife ordered rosemary bread and yet her sandwich was plain white bread. Avoid this one, the others in town seem to be run much better and professionally. Again we are from Jersey, we have been going to Jersey Mike’s forever, as a retired Chief this was a go to treat for my officers. Very disappointed.

I’m totally tired of this location’s skimpiness with their meats and cheeses. The lack of quantity and microscopic thickness - you can see through the slices. It’s basically become a bread sandwich, Mike’s Way.

I recently visited the Jersey Mike’s on Central Avenue in Albuquerque, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The two workers behind the counter were incredibly unprofessional and rude. They barely acknowledged me when I walked in, and when I tried to ask questions about the menu, they responded with short, dismissive answers. It was clear they had no interest in providing good customer service, and their attitude made me feel unwelcome. Customer service is a key part of any business, and these two employees should not be working in this field. I will not be returning to this location.
one of the breaking bad filming locations was here on this street in this building strip, 10/10

Today Dec 28th, I came in. First time here and the service was outstanding. The manager on duty was high energy and very sweet. She recommended a couple sandwiches 1 of which I got. Very tasty food. Definitely going to return.
