Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered a #8 as the guy started cutting it, I said shouldn’t it have bacon on it? He replayed you want bacon, I said yes that’s what’s on the menu. He then informs me that I had to ask foe bacon if I wanted it. I guess they need to change their to state bacon on #8 must be requested. The person make ing the sandwich proceeded to toss chacon chip \s at the sandwich. 9most of which ended up I the wrapper.

The employees here should wash their hands after handling money and before switching gloves or else the gloves are pointless. I think employees should also be cleaning their area as they go. Other than that, service was good.

The sandwich didn’t taste bad, but it’s extremely boring with very little options, it cost over $30 for a footlong and a mini kids sandwich. 100% not worth the money. Also they messed my order up and the employees seem absolutely miserable. I asked for toasted bread, they toasted it and then made someone else’s sandwich with it and gave me cold bread haha, with how uninviting the employees were I didn’t even want to mention their mistake, because I’m sure they wouldn’t have cared. Spend your money somewhere else, poor value, customer service and boring food.

I love Jersey Mikes, but I'm not coming here anymore. I don't understand why every restaurant in Albuquerque is so terrible. How hard is it to get an online order right when it's one sandwich? I never order a sandwich with lettuce or tomato, but that's what I got. And to make it worse, the lettuce and tomato looked like they had been floating in a swimming pool all day, which heavily contrasted with the rock-hard bread. Even if I had odered whatever it is I got, I wouldn't have eaten it. So disgusting. I just went without lunch today.

After a long day of work my sister in law and I decided to grab something before we went home since we were out running around. After a VERY long conversation about what to eat (because neither one of us could make up our minds) We chose Jersey Mike's. I ordered the #8 club and she got herself the #7 sub in a tub. After leaving we still had to grab a few thing before getting home. Which was another 45 minutes. So when I get home to eat I'm expecting my sandwich to be soggy. That was not the case my friends.... it was perfect!!!! It has the vinager and oil on it and still not soggy n gross. Not only was the staff really nice and polite but on top of that running around for 45 minutes with a sandwich that has vinager and oil you would expect it to be. EXTRA soggy. I am impressed Jersey Mike's! Well done!!!!!
P.s pickles are to die for, obsessed with them!!!

It’s a 6 inch turkey sub I had to pull up and wait and the person behind me got their order and left yet I’m still here waiting for a sandwich

Usually don't complain, but when I spend $80 on 4 Giant sandwiches they should at least be correct. Usually order from the paseo location and never have an issue. Ordered 30 minutes ahead online. Went inside to pick my order up. They "forgot" to make the other hot sub so had to wait more. Didn't think anything of it. Get home and both cold subs #9's were soggy when no oil or vinegar was to be on them. As a matter of fact one was plain..just mayo bacon roast beef and turkey and Swiss. Got it Mike's way instead of my way. Figured it was convenient since my office is right down the road. I'll definitely avoid that one and go to Paseo instead. If I decide to go back at all.

HAIR IN FOOD. We’ve all found hair in our food but I’ve never found a clump of hair like this! Went in on a Friday and the line took about 20 minutes to get our food. The people in front of me sent their food back, which should have been a sign, but I had already waited this long. When I got home I found this huge and disgusting clump of hair right as I opened the packaging. I called immediately and the manager told me he wrote down my info and to go in the next day and get my refund. Saturday comes around and I go to get my refund and they tell me they can’t refund me and there isn’t any info of me calling the day before. The manager and staff all asked multiple times if I want my order remade. I could not express enough how much I did NOT want my order remade because of how disgusted I was by my order. How does a clump of hair that big go unnoticed!? The manager told me he called his GM and she didn’t answer so I just asked him to have the GM call me directly. I get a call on Monday and the GM assures me that I will get my refund, I even offered more info than was asked to make sure I got my refund. I ordered on April 7, 2024 and talked to the GM on April 10, 2024. It is now April 19, 2024 and have not received any refund. Normally any company would refund immediately based on the circumstances, especially taking to a GM. I don’t normally write reviews and usually only do so because I really liked a place but this was just a horrible experience all together. The hoops I’ve had to go through to get a simple refund is rediculous.

Hreay place for all to enjoy a great sandwhich and or sub lol
