They were all doing Uber eat orders and door dash. Had to wait and none of them could tell us what the hold up was until after 10 minutes I figured it out when they placed the orders on the pick up area....At least tell your customers you'll be right with them...Subs are always good. But might steer clear of this location. Seemed annoyed too when they did wait on us. Sorry we spent 68$ on four subs drinks and brownies

The manager berates and belittles her employees in-front of customers. This is a disgusting mis-use of so called leadership and the company should investigate this immediately.

I placed an online order, got home and realized they made my sandwiches mini instead of regular size. They also didn't add the correct ingredients to the sandwich. I dont understand because we were the only customers there. All they had to do is get 1 order correct! I tried calling 25 times but the phone was off the hook and had a busy signal. I spoke to Nick when I went back in. He was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked to speak to the store manager. Nick said No you can't and walked away. I can't believe the employees are allowed to act this way. I WON'T BE GOING BACK!

I just went by your grab dinner, some kid 17 to 20 did everything. He took our drive through order, made our food and ran the register and he was not loafing. Was working hard to do it quickly. It looked like he was alone. Sandwiches were excellent. That kid needs a raise. Gave me a little more faith in the younger generation.

This lady look like it supervisor she is so rude I seen she is pressure at the male cashier not saying order number front of the peoples I am waiting for uber eat order to picking up she told me too go to line wait for cashier ,I never seen any rude worker I just left the store and did cancel my driver

I've ate at other locations but I've been to this location twice this week and different times and was very slow. I went inside the second time and employee was throwing my bread around and put old dried up bacon on sandwich. I usually love their food but was disappointed at this location quality.

Drive through is consistently the slowest thing I’ve ever been through. Employee was less then friendly and it was almost 20$ for medium sandwich with a tiny ass drink and bag of chips

I called this place and asked for a manager on February 2nd. 2025 at 7:20 pm the male said ok hold on and no one ever came to the phone, so I hung up and called again they kept hanging up the phone and not answering, what kind of customer service is this?? I need to call corporate and complain about these workers that are working tonight, they got my order very wrong and I need my money back!! Please check them out they do not know how to work professionally!! 2 Sandwiches very expensive to be wrong and can’t eat them!!
They finally answered the phone and I spoke to Naivene, she was arguing with me that the sandwiches were made the right way but they weren’t I didn’t want any of the spicy relish on them and that’s what was in them we couldn’t even eat them, I wanted to take them back and she said I couldn’t do that, so I’m needing a refund please! She was very rude!!

It's a really good sub. I got the biggest one and they are all about $17. It's superior to subway but the coupon at subway you can get 3 footling for 17 so it's up to you to decide how much better is the sub for the price.
I will say the customer service is a million times better here than at any subway and if that's where your money is going then that's fine. They were awesome here and I enjoyed my interaction.
I'll be coming back as I felt the sub was simply superior and I want to try a few more. Better sub than Jimmy Johnson also. I haven't been to a firehouse in a long time so I can't compare to theirs.

Just went to the drive through asked for the super sub dry! dry! Not the mikes way. I get home they made it the mikes way. Oil and vinegar. Asked specifically not the mikes way just dry. Did the complete opposite. Won’t be back. Last time they told me to park and they would bring the sandwich out. 20 minutes later I go inside they forgot I was even there. Unbelievable. And I paid $20 + both times.

I ordered a #8 as the guy started cutting it, I said shouldn’t it have bacon on it? He replayed you want bacon, I said yes that’s what’s on the menu. He then informs me that I had to ask foe bacon if I wanted it. I guess they need to change their to state bacon on #8 must be requested. The person make ing the sandwich proceeded to toss chacon chip \s at the sandwich. 9most of which ended up I the wrapper.
