First of all I’m so disappointed in this location. I placed an online order and headed to the store. The website quoted me 10 mins for an online order pickup. I completely understand that they were busy and was willing to wait but I waited over an hour in store for my sub. I wanted to walk away but I already paid for it online. I was so late getting back to work from lunch break. On top of that, they completely made my sandwich wrong, and forgot the one ingredient I was looking forward to. They were ignoring online orders and helping only drive through and walk ins. I was so sad. Truly never coming here again.

We came in to get sandwiches for our employees! First and foremost when we walked in we were greeted! That already took my wall down, the two guys and gal working around 2:00 o clock ish on sep 7th! Were fast ! And had great customer service .the gal mentioned after eating a Mikes way sub! We would come back I gotta say this was the best sub I had in a long time ! I don’t do reviews but when I do it’s cause the credit is due ! Thank you to those who made our first time at jersey mikes a good experience ! 1000/10

Parked in the parking lot to go inside there was a homeless person. As soon as I open my door, he started yelling, obscenities and throwing things in his cart like he was angry. My husband decided to go in with me, and bring our German Shepherd. Once inside we told the person working behind the counter, how uncomfortable the homeless person outside made us. We tried to explain the homeless person was yelling obscenities . His response was oh he’s not hurting anybody. Obviously this particular jersey Mike’s really doesn’t,care about their customer. We asked to speak to the manager, the person said they were the manager, but refused to give us their name. we left without ordering.

20 dollars for a sandwich is ridiculous. The bread is dry and tasteless. I will never go there again. I thought I would a different sandwich shop other than Subway. It was very disappointing.

They were all doing Uber eat orders and door dash. Had to wait and none of them could tell us what the hold up was until after 10 minutes I figured it out when they placed the orders on the pick up area....At least tell your customers you'll be right with them...Subs are always good. But might steer clear of this location. Seemed annoyed too when they did wait on us. Sorry we spent 68$ on four subs drinks and brownies

I placed an online order, got home and realized they made my sandwiches mini instead of regular size. They also didn't add the correct ingredients to the sandwich. I dont understand because we were the only customers there. All they had to do is get 1 order correct! I tried calling 25 times but the phone was off the hook and had a busy signal. I spoke to Nick when I went back in. He was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked to speak to the store manager. Nick said No you can't and walked away. I can't believe the employees are allowed to act this way. I WON'T BE GOING BACK!

I just went by your grab dinner, some kid 17 to 20 did everything. He took our drive through order, made our food and ran the register and he was not loafing. Was working hard to do it quickly. It looked like he was alone. Sandwiches were excellent. That kid needs a raise. Gave me a little more faith in the younger generation.

This lady look like it supervisor she is so rude I seen she is pressure at the male cashier not saying order number front of the peoples I am waiting for uber eat order to picking up she told me too go to line wait for cashier ,I never seen any rude worker I just left the store and did cancel my driver

I've ate at other locations but I've been to this location twice this week and different times and was very slow. I went inside the second time and employee was throwing my bread around and put old dried up bacon on sandwich. I usually love their food but was disappointed at this location quality.
