I went in the store and ordered 3 sandwiches and when I went and unwrapped my sandwich to eat it, there was a long black hair in my sandwich smashed into the lettuce. Apparently ordering it mikes way means the employees hair is included in the toppings. The store refused to acknowledge the hair and make it right. The girl with long dark hair making sandwiches also checked out customers but failed to ask or give a receipt

Not only did they sit me down to wait because the grill was backed up, once I looked inside, there was barely any meat in my chicken Philly. Cherry on top staff has an attitude if you remind them you're waiting

I always order a turkey and provolone with bacon. Jersey Mike's is hands down THE BEST sub place! I miss the tastycakes they used to sell.Thank you, jersey Mike's!
