Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered online, was ready when the website said it would be. Workers behind counter were friendly and the sub was amazing! Best Jersey Mike's location I've been to.

I must say I was upset they can’t toast the meat on a cold sub anymore but Isaiah delivered on the Jersey Mike dream and conquered my hunger he did a wonderful job fulfilling my struggle of no toasted sub with a awesome #99 and a delicious #9. Whoever employed him I must say give that man a raise! Also bring back toasted cold subs

What I like about this Jersey Mikes is that when they mess up your order, which does happen sometimes, they do everything they can to make it right. The food is actually really good too, and it’s not crazy expensive.

Just stopped by (10/10/25 545pm) and got two sandwiches. We were initially greeted as standard when walking in the door. Once we got to ordering counter, the girl with short hair and glasses just glared at us and said nothing. We finally said hi can we get whatever we ordered. She was not pleasant at all. She proceeded to cut and place the meat on our bread aggressively lol was kinda funny actually. The next young lady that put our toppings on was sweet. While waiting the grill man was slamming the meat on the grill making a bunch of noise like we were bothering him by ordering food. The gentleman at the register was nice. We come here frequently and it seems like the day crew and evening crew are night and day. Lol

The sandwiches are great but unfortunately if you order through their app for delivery then you get met with DoorDash and jersey mikes isn’t really helpful when using that awful service

Couldn't even join my sub when I got back to my office went to eat and the guy who's putting all the vinegar and stuff put so much that my bread was totally soaked just a soggy mess

Anthony and everyone at this location is super friendly and always have the freshest product. Please recognize the hard work they put in for this place.

Ordered on instacart for pickup, when I arrived (after the scheduled time) food wasn't ready. No big deal, waited. 5 minutes later a worker came up to me and said they only had wheat bread (we ordered rosemary) and was that ok or if I'd like a refund.

I requested a refund and asked for a refund receipt. The worker told me they were busy so I'd have to wait if I wanted a receipt. 10 minutes later I was asked what I was waiting on, I said a refund receipt. Another worker came to the register and asked for my details. They then informed me since it was third party I'd have to call instacart and cancel. Here's the thing- if I cancel i still have to pay for it.

The workers knew they couldn't refund me, but still offered it as an option expecting/hoping I'd leave and take their word for it on refunding me. So what was the plan? I'd notice it hadn't refunded to my card days later and then have to call instacart who would have told me too bad, if you cancel you still have to pay for it? Very shady.

After admitting they couldn't refund me (now 20 minutes after my arrival) they said I could wait another 15 minutes for the bread we ordered. I agreed to keep waiting. 5 minutes later, I had my food on the right bread.

I understand running out of items, what isn't ok is saying you'll refund someone, hoping they'll leave, knowing you can't refund 3rd party orders. We won't be ordering again.
