WILL NOT RETURN UNTIL EMPLOYMENT IS ADEQUATLY TRAINED!Not friendly at all. It took 15 minutes when I was at the front of the line for them to even start my hot sandwich. Other customers kept getting their toppings as they have to awkwardly cut me in line.All this while no employee rings me up or asks me to stand aside. They just pretended I didn't exist so I walked out and they didn't seem to mind.Not the first time I received bad service here either. Hopefully in the future management can tighten up the staff!!

I'm a big fan of "my hometown" Jersey Mike's but it sure was a treat for this Midwesterner to order my fave #13 "Mike's way with spices & dressed" with Hatch green chilies! Visited about 12:30 today and place was busy but plenty of mature (i.e., not 18-yr olds with Subway attitudes) staff kept line and sandwiches moving right along. Lots of friendly banter between Staff members and also with patrons, but it didn't seem to slow down the sandwich prep. First time I redeemed Shore Points and was kindly walked thru checking out using those rewards. I've never had a bad sub or experience at my hometown shop and nice those were carried through to this shop!

Not all subs are created equal and this is the best Jersey Mike's in the state. They're fast, the people are pretty awesome at this location, and the subs are good. This is one of my go to places to brings subs back home when I visit Albuquerque.

The food has always been good - hoping that is true again today. However, the most unpleasant and aggressive staff I've dealt with at any food place in quite some time. Very strange experience. Here's hoping it's just a moment in time and they've all had a bad day today.

The crew was great and friendly, I ordered my sandwich with no onion and it had onion. I was disappointed about that, but otherwise the food was great and the staff was friendly.
Music way too loud they can't even hear you ordering maybe turn it down so people are not shouting thier order. The selection of sandwiches are good but I cannot handle thier food safety approach I am allergic to fish and they use the same knife to cut every sandwich or wrap and the residue juices and accompaniments to these items are just scraped off the cutting board into a drawer.
