The location on at 3510 Coors Blvd on 4/24/25 @ 530 PM had a short heavy female with short hair that was too lazy to make our family 6 subs and started sighing and getting an attitude and when asked her name nobody wanted to help or give us her name nobody should eat at this location go somewhere better with a good staff that holds each other accountable.

Ordered a chipotle cheesesteak. Got home to learn it was a chicken cheesesteak so I had to drive back and tell them they might’ve misheard me. After remaking my order I confirmed with the cook it was the chipotle. He said yes. Went home with reassurance only to find out it was just a regular cheesesteak! I wasn’t going to go back AGAIN and ate it at that point because I was so hangry. Disappointed cus I paid for it and left a tip. Cheba hut from here on out!

I'm a Jersey Girl who now lives in New Mexico, so this was a real treat for me. My enthusiasm wasn't shared by the staff, which I thought funny. They have the Jersey attitude down. 😆 Great sub, no enthusiasm

Watch for your change. These employees tried to take me (a senior citizen) for an $18.00 error. Bill was $21+change. I gave him 40.00. He gave me a dollar and some change. What? Hire more competent people. I will never be back again.....

I haven’t been here for a while and it was pretty good. I had a Roast Beef and Salami on wheat and it was very good (see picture).
The staff were efficient and did well.
Recommended.

The atmosphere in this restaurant this evening was LOUSY at best. These young kids getting orders wrong and Absolutely horrible with anything close to Customer service. Bad Owners!!

So I used to work at this place back in the late 200010s until the beginning of the 2020s and let me just tell you that the old district manager at that time Shane, never once let what they let slide these days slide back then. I hear Shane is the owner now? Well, one thing that was a huge no-no when we worked there was the workers turning off or taking the batteries out of the phones so they would not have to worry about calling orders let me just tell you there’s people like me in this world. And we use Colin orders to call in the food so we don’t have to wait in the line because we have important things to get back to me. Example get back to my sick dying grandmother. Others I’m sure don’t have time to wait. That’s why they call it in . I could be wrong, and correct me if I am wrong please but the last eight out of nine times I have called to make a pick up order. The phones have been either completely ringing or saying user busy and there’s no way that phone would be saying user busy for two hours straight, I’m just extremely disappointed in this great restaurant failing to customers needs I love this place and I will never talk bad about the quality of the food or anything like that but something needs to change with these young guys working here. They make good food, but that is a sign of laziness to me that they take the battery out or unplug the phone so they don’t have to receive orders… Just wow I would even go as far as to give this place a 10 out of 10 but as of lately that they haven’t been answering phones, it’s moved to a swift four out of 10

I guess everyone has a bad day but the folks working here were super rude. Couldn't even get my full order placed because they ignored me after I gave them one of the two sandwiches I needed.

Horrible service. Refused to make the sandwich I asked for. Then refused to grill my sandwich. Jersey mikes on central is the best one. These employees don’t know how to manage their store.
