This is the second time I went to this location for lunch. Either the company is giving smaller proportions and charging more, or i've been unlucky twice. 11 bucks for a regular sandwich is a bit expensive, and I was still hungry.

Idk why but whenever we order online it's usually messed up. Friday nights must be busy and I get the working Friday night sucks. It sucks to order 2 regular size sandwichs and get 2 minis. Honestly my wife is the one ordering and I'm not gonna start ordering online. If I have time i guess I'll go in and get my sandwich made not messed in front of me up but that's some lolz for sure.

They didn’t take the wrap off the pepperoni before cutting the meat normally Jersey mikes is good this is a choking hazard and unsanitary

Ordered the Turkey & provolone. This was the best sub I've had in a long time. I've also never tried oil & vinegar on a sandwich, but tried it The Mike's Way and it was amazing.

I have ordered over 25 time at this location and have not had an issue. Tonight, I was handed a sandwich that was not what I ordered (speifically, I ordered a Large Steak and Cheese Sandwich with NO PEPPERS AND NO ONIONS add Jalapeños. I was told by one of the gentleman who handed me the sandwich, "yes" this is the Steak and Cheese with NO ONIONS and NO PEPPERS. I get home and start to eat this sandwich, which had EXTRA GREEN PEPPER, EXTRA ONIONS ( I have pictures). Further, there were no Jalapeños and the bread was very hard as if that sandwich had sat in the store for 30 minutes toasting on the grill and I just ordered it 10 minutes before I came into the restaurant. Disappointed and likely DONE with this Company! Fire House makes better sandwiches for a few $$ less same quality!!
