I was super excited to have this restaurant close to my house, but they keep disappointing compared to the other locations. The customer service isn’t as friendly, although there are some people better than others, I dread having to deal with some of the employees. I made an online order and they didn’t follow any special instructions. And I tipped. Tried to call but they don’t answer the phone either. Just disappointed overall.

Today was the first time we ate here. I always pass by, and I figured i'm going to stop.
It is a bit pricey for 2 sandwiches, but we did get some tea and chips as well. Don't leave out the brownie! It's a cozy little place inside.You also have an option to eat outside. They have a couple of tables outside for dining. I ordered a Turkey sandwich, and my son ordered a bacon ranch. And when he was eating.He said, "This is really good." My son is a sandwich pro, and when he tells you that, believe him, it's good. The Turkey meat on my sandwich tasted so good, compared to other places. I believe for the first time I was eating turkey meat. The parking can be a bit challenging since there's a lot of businesses there, but it's worth a small walk if you have to. I would grab a sandwich from there again.

I went there for the first time the other day and it was amazing friendly staff they listen to my order and they made it exactly how I requested it I appreciate the hard work you guys keep on making my sandwiches like you making and I'm going to continue coming

This is the best Jersey Mike in town not only is the food and service top notch the employees have a heart of gold. My car completely died and not only did the employees check on me since I was struggling in the rain they offered water. The next day as I continued to struggle with my dead car the morning crew didn’t know my story from the previous day and offered the same concern for me which brought tears to my eyes. In times of dispare and need we need more ppl in this world like the Jersey Mikes team at this establishment. Thank you a million times to the crew here.

Great food but mean dudes. I asked for 2 giant subs and was given one regular by mistake. I nicely asked for a second regular to even it out and the dude glared at me like I just spit in his moms face lmao. I hate writing reviews but just felt unwelcomed

I don’t understand why they give you choices. It seems like what ever I chose as far as bread and what goes on sandwiches it’s not what I get. I stopped ordering from the store on Ouray because they very rarely got the order correct. So when they opened over on Coors we started ordering from them. Today is the 3rd time our order was wrong. I can understand if it was busy but the young lady said it’s been quiet all afternoon.
It’s not that hard to make a sandwich correctly

Another issue is the lack of cleanliness at both locations always seems to be a very messy counter. Today it was lettuce, bread crumbs & oily residue all over the counter near the cash register. It’s not difficult to wipe down the counter. Worked in food service for over 30 years and our managers wouldn’t tolerate that at all.
Again not busy when you are just standing around doing nothing

These boys really know how to make a damn good sandwich! I got the chicken bacon ranch mf was perfect tasted so good . The service was amazing took a quick 5 minutes once I told him my order, I was out the door eating my warm delicious sandwich! My partner got the Philly no green peppers it was also mouth watering ! It was so on point I had to leave this review ? I didn’t get there names but 3 guys on the evening shift thank yall so much ! I formerly was a JJ sandwich maker so my respect to yall

Guy with colored eyes at register is rude ?. For some reason he looked pissed off I hate going to eat n seeing unhappy people making my food makes me feel sick ?.Do better next time!!!!!

Sandwiches were made perfect but the service I received when I went to pick up my online order, horrible. I stood at the online pick up for about 5 minutes before the employee acknowledged me and so rudely gave me my order. It just seems the employees are not happy here. Just say Hi! How are you today and how can we help you!? That would have it 5 stars all the way. Just coming from someone who’s been working customer service for 30 years.

A very sloppy sandwich. They didn't give me any napkins, I needed a bunch. They slathered the mayonnaise on, made sure to put so much vinegar and oil to make the sandwich soggy. I had the Italian. Not much flavor past the mustard and peppers. Subway tastes better, and is cheaper.

Always puts subway to shame, get extra napkins because if you get it Mike’s Way It’s going to be juicy, very clean excellent customer
