I don’t know what others think is “freaky fast” but I ordered food at 3:40 and it didn’t get delivered until 5:10. I called twice and they answered “hello!?” Can’t even tell if I called a business I was so shocked I had to ask to make sure I called the right place. When the delivery driver finally came I asked “oh you must be so busy?!” And he said “not really” would recommend your website giving an estimated time of delivery because over an hour for a sandwich is wild to me I live 3 minutes away.

They forgot to notify us that our online/app order was ready, but we did get some good food. Sandwiches and drink that fed two cost $22.

Well, let’s start with quality of the food. The only thing worth eating was the chips and cookie. The sandwich was thrown together and falling out. The guy who delivered it was rude and seemed to hate life. I wish I hadn’t tipped and I won’t be ordering from this location again. PS. I’ve eaten from Jimmy John’s for 20 years since I lived in the Midwest. This is by far the worst experience. DON’T EAT HERE!

Not a good variety of vegetarian choices. I really like the pepper mix that they put on the sandwich. That would be my only reason to return.

Ordered delivery since I’m at work which is basically right next door but I’m unable to leave my place of work so have to get it delivered. Delivery driver gets here and right away goes “I need to you to fill out my tip” which I found disrespectful, almost as if he’s demanding I leave him a tip. And so due to the closeness of the restaurant, as well as him demanding a tip, I left NO TIP. As he goes to leave my place of work says very loudly, “thanks for the no tip!” In a sarcastic way. I then call the restaurant to complain and the guy I’m talking to (I’m starting to think it may be the driver) says “well maybe he was actually thanking you for leaving no tip in a generous way.” And continued making excuses as to how the delivery driver wasn’t actually being rude, but instead very thankful! lol.. I was at a loss for words. How dumb can you possibly be. Will not order from again. Bad customer service.

Ordered food through doordash. Restaurant was “preparing” my order for 50 minutes. Wouldn’t answer their phone. I was suddenly notified that my order was complete though I NEVER received my food. Called the restaurant again and someone picked up. He said the delivery guy left it at the wrong address and they’d remake the order and get it to me. Even said he’d add some brownies to the order for the inconvenience. Never received any food. DON’T GO HERE.

I ordered the Italian Nightclub on wheat bread. The bread is either old or overcooked. It is hard. I called to speak to someone about it, because i won't be eating this sandwich. The person said he would get someone else on the phone. When he returned he said there is nothing they can do about it. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager, Ivan is not there until tomorrow. I ask for a corporate number and he denied me that info. I asked for the his name. He said I don't need it and he hung up on me.

Ordered from here for delivery at our hotel. Placed order online. Gave name, requested napkins. Delivery arrived. No napkins. NO name on sandwiches. No cheese on my husband's sandwich. There we were sitting on a hotel bed having to pick apart similar sandwiches to figure out who got what. Expected better from Jimmy

I had an online order that was placed on Saturday evening 8/19. The store called to inform me that they ran out of French bread, wheat bread and lettuce wraps so they were going to refund my money. I called Monday 8/21 to ensure that the refund was processed come to find out that it was never voided so they can only offer credit. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude, and condescending. I was offered a credit and not a refund which in some sense would be OK but not when the balance is near $40 I had to go through their actual corporate customer service who had to submit a case for them to actually process a refund and it’s possible I still may not even get a refund the service was awful and I wish the employees Were able to complete the tasks at hand, especially when it comes to someone’s money.
