Jimmy Johns 50% off sandwich is 50% half false.I redeemed the 50% half off reward they've given me, and a small and skinny sandwich was delivered to me. It was cut in half (what I ordered), but part of the other side of the bread was cut off as well. Which wasn't the full sandwich. I guess you get what you pay for. The 50% off reward felt like a smaller sized sandwich for the 50% off price of $4.72.

If I could leave no stars, I would. This Jimmy John’s is horrible. I sat in line for 45 minutes. When I got up to the window, the workers were talking bad about the customers in the drive up line. They left out parts of my order. I asked to speak with a manager and a 18 year old kid came up to me and didn’t take any complaint seriously.Very disappointed. Freaky fast, freaky fresh it was not.

This makes me assume it was given to someone, but I did add specific instructions to come to the 4th floor and to call me. Very disappointing.The sandwiches are usually quite good, so in the future we will pay more and use door dash as they can follow directions.Oh and the feedback button on the main site does not work. Oh well.

Just got home from this place and noticed they put cheese on a sandwich that was supposed to have no cheese. Checked the receipt and it says no cheese. Please train your employees to be more competent and have more attention to detail. Also fill the dang drinks up to the top.
