Place seemed dirty but it is across from unm campus so. Good was good, nothing I couldn't make at home and probably will next time since it was $10 for a standard sandwich, jersey Mike's up the road on central is a lot better.

The Manager does not know how to do they're job it's disgusting here and I basically paid for lettuce in a bun the people here have the worst attitudes ever I would highly recommend not working here. They hang up the phones on you and are very disrespectful I strongly recommend another location.

They have a sign saying they are closed due to staffing most days. Phone number on google does not call store

Tried to go to this location on Saturday, 11/02/2024, store was closed with a sign on the door. Stated they were closed for the day. Tried again Tuesday, 11/05/2024, same sign and store was closed.

It's a real shame when a business doesn't adequately advise it's clientele about store closures, regardless of the rational. It is easy to amend hours online to let people know

This location is great. I like Jimmy John's, but the folks at this location make it great. They always provide the best service with a kind demeanor. My order tonight ran late so I called just to check on it and the person that answered was very informative, kind, and courteous despite the fact that they were profoundly busy and understaffed.

Placed an order online and it was incorrect. When I called to let them know, the manager was very rude then hung up on me.

I just had a big John delivered, nothing extra just the medium meal. Not only did they not tell me they where out of tomatoes so my sandwich is now a quarter the size, i must say there was also a very conservative size of meat. I called to tell them and they seemed like it was just another day and didn't care they provided poor food and service. I order from Here up to a couple times a week(same location). I felt pretty betrayed and I think I might have to start a new go to order spot. My I add that this also cost me over $16

DO NOT order from this location. The guy/ manager working on 5/23/24 who refused to give me his name was extremely rude. Was told I can’t order in the store and I can’t sit inside while I tried to order online. I needed to order outside if I wanted to sit down.
Do not give this location your business, the “manager” doesn’t appreciate it.

Didn’t have the potato salad so they offered me a drink instead, totally fine. But my sandwich is disgusting, the avocado used is rancid. Completely inedible. They forgot my chips, too. The store didn’t even look open when I arrived. Waste of $20
