We had walked in and the workers were absolutely slammed and yet they served the bowls and smoothies nice and quick. They were also respectful and kind to us even after other customers had been rude.

Check your receipt. I ordered an Acai Protein Bowl and she put Acai Berry Bowl. Funny thing is that I never order any thing different for 5 years. Not sure what happened and she did not offer to fix it.
Paid for a large açaí bowl and got a regular in a large container. When I told them they stated that’s how they come no I come plenty of times as I was walking out the other girl mumbled should have tipped.
We got lost getting there and we had to drive like 15 minutes. Maybe like 20 mi on the freeways and it was like oh no. But anyway, we finally found it and we went in there and got the best smoothies that we have had in years. There's nobody that compares to this place. That's fresh items that they use in their smoothies. So honestly whatever I paid for it it was worth it and they were so good!

We came on new years eve and the 2 girls working where so annoyed. It usually closes at 8 but tonight 7. I came in around 6:30. They where attitudey the whole time. I never said anything just got my stuff. once my husband walked in to get to more. They locked the door. We called and he asked if they where open. They said yes but they'll be closing soon. He said wierd u guys locked the door. They didnt respond.

20 minutes on a pick up order placed at 11:10. It’s currently 11:31 and they just started blending up the order. Nowhere to really sit either. What was the order?

Staff seems friendly but definitely not efficient if they can’t even handle online pickups.

We recently visited Juice It Up and had a great experience. Highly recommend their amazing smoothies. Service was very professional. Recommend this to anyone looking for a healthy snack!

I got the rejuvenator and wheat grass. Both came out really good. She was even kind enough to ask if I wanted ice in my juice, which I always don’t because Albuquerque still fluoridates the water.

Working next to this location and living by the other is such a luxury! The Açaí bowls are the best priced in town and are always loaded. I’ve been addicted to their Banana Crunch Bread for the last couple weeks and will continue coming back for more!

The juice drinks were fresh and good. A bit of confusion over whether or not to add ice but not a deal breaker. The place isn’t large enough SMALL so order and pay online to avoid waiting in a tiny place.

Usually love this place the bowls are always good but 3x now the customer service has been lacking , it’s like they don’t want to be there. Today we placed an online order and went to go pick it up and when we got there there was no one else there and our order still took long and they commented “they’re gonna have to wait “ they were more interested in their conversation rather then the customers.

For Someone Who Has Been Doing Retail For Quite A While The Whole Establishment Handles Cash Poorly. My Family & I Went In & We Got Almost About $50 Worth Of Drinks & My Father Handed Her A 50 Dollar Bill & She Went On A Tangent About How Their Employees Don't Accept 50 Dollar Bills & Talking About Being Robbed Before & Still Went A Tangent About Money Handling & Well You Are Establishment That Handles Money, You Are Gonna Have Fakes Plus You Are Gonna Have People Pay In Big Bills & You Should Have A System Or Should Know A Way To Check Bills. So It Wasn't A Pleasent Experience.
