My friend paid over $8 for a smoothie that had pieces of plastic inside it. My matcha bowl was extremely liquidity, and there were no bananas like there were supposed to be. We waited over 30 minutes for these two simple items. They were overpriced, and the wait time was excessive as we were the only customers at that time.

The location is very convenient for CNM students and staff. The building in which the café is situated is also pretty and comfortable. Which is why it is such a shame how expensive the drinks are. I paid over six dollars for an iced coffee in what looked like a 16 ounce. I love to go to local cafés and work at CNM. I also really liked the kind staff member who waited on me. But I won't be returning because the prices are so high. I avoided Starbucks in order to go there, but I might've found more options for the same price I paid had I just gone to Starbucks instead.
