We’re always trying new spots! Kap’s looks like something that’s been on Route66 for decades. It’s old school & quaint. The food was decent, the green chile was flavorful without being overly hot. I don’t drink a lot of coffee but would highly recommend the cinnamon coffee if you’re going for a cup. Staff was friendly & attentive. We’ll be back.

The food wasn’t anything special. I also got one of their Famous rolls and perhaps it’s a taste pallet thing but I prefer the frontier rolls. Our waitress/server was the best!! She was very attentive and welcoming.
